As you enter the townhouse, the master bedroom with king bed is at the end of the hall with a tranquil reading area and vegan leather chaise lounge. Or cuddle in bed and watch a movie on the HD flat screen. A spacious master ensuite with jetted soaker tub enjoys lovely forested views. The laundry machines are in a closet off the entrance.
Walking down a flight of stairs, you will find the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and closet. The bathroom has a shower. Entering the open concept kitchen, living room and dining area, you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen to make epic meals in. The Living room has a Canadian made pull out couch if needed for additional space. Telus optik and flatscreen for those rainy nights. A propane fireplace creates a cozy vibe. Patio access is through here, with a patio set, bbq and a propane fire pit. From this deck you can walk straight to the inlet or stay curled up and enjoy the wildlife.
OUTDOORS
Enjoy the warmth and comfort post surf with an evening view on the large patio with glass stone fire pit and propane BBQ. Outdoor table and seating area for entertaining. From the enclosed patio, you can walk to the inlet or view the wildlife.
The owner values light and life so you’ll enjoy living plants. Our home enjoys South East exposure with light all day long. We encourage you to soak up all the coastal vitamin D. This is a townhome, so it does share walls with the adjoining units. Tenants respect the quiet time of 10pm - 8am.
BATHROOMS - 2
There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor and are stocked with shampoo and conditioner provided by the Hobbyist, a local maker in Tofino. There is one hair dryer.
LAUNDRY
Proudly using Canadian made Nellies Laundry Soap which is unscented and ocean safe, perfect for those with sensitive skin! We do not use dryer sheets as well for environmental and body safe reasons.
Pet friendly: 1 dog is welcome with a $50 fee. We provide complimentary dog bowls and bed.
Private entry with code access. Check in 430pm onwards. Early check in can sometimes be accommodated; let us know a day ahead your expected arrival time.
Please be advised that the townhouse has shared walls and as such, there can be transfer of the other occupants but in general, everyone respects the other units and noise is kept to a minimum.
Blue Crush Concierge is the local management company and is available if you have any questions.
Boho Zen on the Cove is set up for independent check in and stays. There is a Welcome Guide sent beforehand and one you can scan at the house. Blue Crush is reachable by phone or text if you have any questions.
Once you get into Ucluelet, follow Peninsula until you see Boardwalk Boulevard on your left. The townhouse will be just off the road on your right side.
DIRECTIONS
To get to Ucluelet from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it's a drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) -5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown with Harbour AIr.
There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it's one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).
Parking: The unit has one parking spot in front of the door. There is additional space for free street parking.
Waterfront, Dog friendly, 2 bedroom, Ucluelet.

Lovely condo located right next to part of the Wild Pacific Trail and a short walk to beautiful Terrace Beach. My husband and I stayed with my brother and sister-in-law: set up was perfect for two couples. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of towels, an amazing selection of books and a sweet little patio.

The location is great, the view from the deck is amazing!
Interesting thematic decor, fully equipped kitchen, very comfy beds and pillows, lots of extra towels and beddings, throw blankets, beach towels, bbq on deck. Very cozy.
The unit was clean but not spotless.
Not very good communication prior to checking In (I asked for pet fee refund 2.5 weeks before, never received the answer, the unit number was never mentioned in the instructions for check-in), but excellent communication with co-host Erica during the stay.
Overall, great stay! Would like to come back again!
Thank you Erin and Erica for helping us to have a good vacation!

Property was very easy to find. On the corner of its addressed street and the main road through Ucluelet. Host made check in very easy and we’re quick with answers to questions we had. Unit located close to the water with a beach a short walk away across the road and various others close by. Unit was tidy and homey. Would recommended this spot and would definitely stay again.

We loved the time we were able to spend in Ucluelet at Erin’s place. The condo was as advertised (and looks as great as in the photos), and with the back of the unit facing into a quiet inlet (where we saw a deer and fawns grazing), you get a real sense of the incredible and unique natural character of Ucluelet. Quick walk or very quick drive to great restaurants and the town stores in one direction, and amazing shoreline hikes in the other direction. And up the highway, you easily get to Long Beach and Torino, which are well worth the time as well.
The unit really has everything you need, and made for a great stay in Ukee!
