Beautiful hotel! We loved it, everything was fantastic!

Loved the interior, the surrounding buildings, and shopping areas. The bed was so comfy and absolutely loved the bathroom.

The location was great. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We did a couples massage at the hotel and it was amazing. Being there for a holiday, (July 4th) the room was pretty quiet. The only drawback for me was the size of the room. It was crowded for 2 people with a king bed in the small area. Wish the rooms were just a little bigger for the price.

We loved this hotel. From the friendly staff, convenience to restaurants, and the amenities, we’ll definitely be coming back. The rooms are a bit small but that didn’t bother us at all.

Friendly staff great place to stay when in town. They just need to get captain morgan in the bar and they would be perfect.

Emily was very helpful with check-in. Kayla did an amazing job in the cafe.

This hotel has a gorgeous lobby and it is very relaxing. Our room was nice and we enjoyed breakfast at Strang. Kudos to Mariana, Micah, and Becky who made sure we were comfortable.

Staff was great! Valet was also top notch, however the room itself was not worth the price. Poorly built, paid for city view but got a view of the HVAC system which was depressing. Room was way too crowded. Hotel room falling apart where I hurt my foot with loose screws on the ground. I get more for my money going with IHG than Marriott chain of hotels. Live and learn

The employees weren’t friendly, the handheld shower extension in our bathroom did not work, the elevators in the parking garage were all out of service and there was no one working the valet. Overall is was a mediocre experience. Overpriced for what small room you get.

You will get an excellent, clean room, with a poor service. The 4 restaurants they advertise does not work. At least they were not working when I was there for breakfast. Only one of them was open and they gave me a super expensive low quality self service breakfast. The worst part was that they charge for every single item separately. I have travelled around the world and inside the USA a lot, and honestly I have NEVER seen anywhere charge people for the milk they add to the coffee! One dollar adding to an already 5 dollar coffee?? and taking all the whole milk and half@half containers out of reach to charge for it? This was cheap!

I took a chance booking this online with only one picture of the available rooms as this hotel is apparently new. Definitely style over substance here. Poor use of space, could be so much more useful and smart.
I've never known sheets to be so loud! Every turn sounds like you're bunching up wrapping paper. A four person room with 3 bath towels?
Overall is way too expensive for what you get.

Interesting place. Check-in was friendly and quick. The place is still pretty new, so it was in nice shape. The room layout is truly weird. Whoever decided it was ok to walk through the bathroom to get into the bedroom should be fired. Like the other reviewers, I found the parking garage a bit confusing, even though I was expecting it. Room service was a mixed bag. First night, they forgot my order. I had to call back and they were nice enough to comp the meal and bring it up with an apology. The Thai food was tasty. The second night, the food came quickly. The Valet guy delivered the food (you could tell he was pissed about doing it), and the Italian Food was about the worst I've ever had. So, maybe they're having growing pains. Netflix and Prime Streaming didn't work at all on the TV.
The fitness center was awesome. Tons of new machines, free weights, etc. One of the best hotel gyms ever. The room was clean; bathroom was nice, if not in a weird location. The bed was very comfortable. Icemaker and water dispenser in the hall was a nice touch. Finally, I detest the "shared" shampoo/body wash in showers. Charge me an extra $.50/day and give me my own sealed products.
The place has potential...it's just not there yet.

Front desk was super accommodating and pleasant. New hotel so all is clean. Only drawback was signage from parking area to hotel was lacking. No direct entrance from parking garage
