The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, complete with a gas stove, full sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
The bedroom beckons with its inviting ambiance, boasting a full-sized bed adorned with crisp linens and blackout curtains, promising a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Adjacent, the full-sized bathroom offers modern amenities while maintaining its vintage charm.
Outside, a quaint patio area with seating invites you to unwind in the fresh air, or sip your morning coffee

Guest Access:
Please make yourself at home, the trailer and outdoor patio are just for you during your stay. There are some shared yard spaces with the other trailers on the lot.
The Neighborhood:
Spenard is a quirky and eclectic neighborhood of Anchorage with a mix of apartments, home and mobile homes. Located in the center of the city, you'll be close to everything! The trailer is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The street has a few potholes (as do most roads in the city) but is easily accessible all year with a 2wd vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that while we are smoking and 420 friendly smoking is permitted outside only and we request you use the ash trays provided. There is an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking occurs indoors.
There is no onsite laundry but use of the free washer and dryer can be scheduled at a neighboring property at your convenience. Please contact me to schedule a time.
Interaction with Guests:
We love to say hello and have a chat to guests but are happy to give you your space. I am also available for anything you need during your stay. Please reach out via the app with any questions or requests.
