The owners were so easy to communicate with and the house was great. The best were the small details of having charging stations in each room, and everything you needed in the kitchen.

We had a great time in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We had 7 adults and 4 kids (ages 4 to 8) and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect for walking in to town for ice cream, shopping, restaurants, and viewing the harbor or Bar Island Trail. It was also super easy to get to Acadia. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials and tons of towels. The host was very friendly, checking in to make sure we didn’t have any issues and also making lots of suggestions for things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful large historic home in great location in Bar Harbor. Our group was six adults and nine children, and the space fit us perfectly. Short walk to downtown, the Village Green, and other points of interest. The host was very helpful and responsive with the few minor issues that came up. We would definitely recommend to others and would be excited to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at this home, which is just a quick walk from the center of Bar Harbor! We were able to hike and bike in Acadia starting right from the house. This house was equipped beyond our expectations. We are a three-generation family and everyone had a great time! We cooked out on the Green Egg, had a backyard lobster feast, and enjoyed the fire pit including cooking s'mores. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! We highly recommend this wonderful home.

Very nice 3 story/6 bedroom house which is cozy though large and roomy. Love the outside porch/ short walk to downtown Bar Harbor/many restaurants close by. Comfortable beds/ plenty of linens/stocked kitchen and baths - plenty of bathrooms for 9 people - We loved our stay and would stay there again

I can't say enough great things about this home! We traveled with another family so our group was 4 adults / 3 kids (5 and under) and we stayed for almost a week. We had lots of space to spread out and you can't beat the location! For those with kids, ours loved the library - there were so many books, games, and toys that we barely used the activities we brought from home. The 3rd floor was a great designated "kid floor". The older kids each got their pick at a bed and we could set up the pack 'n play with lots of space to move around. A nice plus was that we were all able to fit in the bedroom for bedtime stories each night without feeling cramped, which isn't always the case. We usually travel with a sound machine but the kids' room has a white noise machine so we didn't need it. The 3rd floor bathroom was a good size and well equipped for the littles. We didn't use the office and were able to lock it to keep kids from exploring in there. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each couple got a larger bedroom and bathroom, we had lots of space and privacy. My daughter ended up moving to the "pink room" on the 2nd floor (baby sis was keeping her awake) and slept great. The house is old so the floors/stairs make a lot of noise - we were worried that the noise would keep our daughter up but it wasn't an issue for her or anyone else. The first floor is open and spacious with a bathroom and bedroom off of the kitchen. The kitchen is huge and we had fun gathering around the island at breakfast time. The whole house, especially the kitchen, is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. And the house is so CLEAN! Probably one of the cleanest that we've stayed in. The house is a short drive to Acadia and most of the main attractions in the park. The proximity to Main St. in Bar Harbor was perfect. We took daily walks for coffee, dinner, ice cream, shopping - everything is so close! The walk is lovely and the kids enjoyed it. Lastly, the hosts are incredible. Ali and Charles checked in regularly and were very helpful. They have great guides and tips, we definitely used some of their recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we already miss it!

Fantastic property in great location in Bar Harbor. Was perfect for a girls weekend. We had 11 in our group and there was plenty of room and great hangout space. Walking distance to town made it incredible for a large group with different itineraries. Close to Acadia National Park. We loved our stay and would recommend 10/10. The owners were friendly and communicative and left us an incredibly delicious blueberry pie that was a huge hit with the entire group.

The house was great for a large group of people we had!! We definitely enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to all shops, restaurants, and move theatre! This place was also a very short drive away from Acadia Park! We could not believe how close we were to everything we wanted to enjoy! We love the warm welcome we received and the blueberry pie! Also, the owner was super responsive and quick to help answer all of my questions! I would definitely recommend this house especially if you are traveling with a big group and want to be close to all the entertainment. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Bar Harbor!

This house was truly a home for our family! The place is warm and welcoming and so comforable. The front porch welcomes you into the place with a great entryway, more than enough hanging space in the wide closet, and even a bench to help with winter boots and shoes.
The first floor is almost all open to the huge, totally outfitted, gourmet kitchen. There is a very cozy, comfortable sitting area at the front portion of the house; the twelve-seat dining table is adjoining and perfectly positioned to be able to converse with the cooks in the kitchen, or the others enjoying drinks in the sitting area.
The back portion of the house includes a full bathroom and a secluded bedrooom off the kitchen. There is also a delightful library area with a big-screen TV surrounded by a flexible, sectional seating area. The library is full of books for all ages, every game you could imagine, and also a very convenient coffee-bar with a burr coffee grinder, a gourmet coffee maker, and a water kettle--and even a sink to help with water and clean-up.
The bedrooms on the second and third floors are spacious, well-appointed, and even had convenient phone chargers. The bathrooms are all very functional with showers and even additional spray heads for convenience.
Our stay included quite a bit of rain and cooler temperatures, but the house gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax in warm comfort. We went on a variety of hikes on nearby trails and even along the ocean.

We were a group of 4 couples sharing this charming home. We came at the beginning of a forecasted hurricane/tropical storm. Prior to this, Ali knew I had concerns and was willing to accommodate us in case we changed our dates a bit. We came as we’d planned and only experienced the internet going down at the house a couple brief times and some spots in town were closed due to power outage so inconvenience was minimal. Our house never last power. The church we attended across the street did but not our house. Everything was well stocked, especially the kitchen! There’s a table big enough for all of us at meal time and for playing games/cards. The bedrooms are very spacious and we all loved the mattresses as they were very comfortable! Each couple had their own bathroom. That’s important to us. The owners checked in with us by text daily to make sure we had everything we needed. They answered any questions we had promptly. We had a wonderful vacation in Bar Harbor!
