Agréable découverte italienne

Le logement était parfait belle vue sur le Vésuve beaucoup de petites rues a découvrir pour connaître leur vie napolitaine nous étions pas très loin des grands axes comme Naples Pompéi Sorrente et bateau pour capri a deux pas de lappartement

Peut être un peu compliqué d'y circuler plutôt prévoir la marche a pied si vous rester a castellamare Di stabia

Bellissima vista...strada a piedi un po' meno

La vista spettacolare.

Essendo in treno, dovevamo scendere a piedi dalla struttura e la stradina è veramente in condizioni pietose, tant'è che ho segnalato la cosa anche ai vigili nel paese affinché provvedessero in Comune ma poi nei giorni successivi era sempre più sporca. La struttura mi ha detto che non può mettere mano alla strada, anche per farla pulire, in quanto è comunale e potrebbe poi avere dei problemi col Comune.

Las vistas son bonitas y nos explicaron bien el camino para llegar hasta el alojamiento.

Teníamos una cuna en la habitación, lo cual nos hacía la habitación más pequeña. La carretera para llegar es muy estrecha.

Super séjour

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la région de Naples avec Pompéi et la côte almafitaine. Accès libre à la cuisine avec frigo en commun et lave-linge disponible gratuitement. Très accueillant envers les enfants.

Les dernières rues sont bien étroites pour arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel.

Overall experience is excellent, the location is very good.

The view is fabulous! The location is convenient to ferry harbor by walk in 5 mins.

In Bathroom the cup was dirty without cleaning for a long time.

B&B agréable mais très difficile d'accès

La vue était superbe, la chambre agréable et bien équipée, avec un lit confortable. L'hôtesse était accueillante une fois sur place. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

Le lieu est très peu accessible et difficile à trouver, et l'hôtesse n'a pas été d'une très grande aide en nous renvoyant seulement sur un lien, sans personnaliser sa réponse. L'hôtesse ne parlait presque pas du tout anglais.

Increìble

Lucia, la chica que nos recibio fue un amor, mi hija quedò encantada con ella. El hotel es super comodo, tranquilo. Tiene unas vistas increìbles. Volverìa sin dudarlo.

En General me gusto todo. El unico inconveniente fue encontrarlo porque el Google Maps te da una posiciòn incorrecta. Igual Lucia nos ayudo a llegar perfectamente.

In 1 word perfect!!!!!

The property is beautiful, we had a brand new apartment with a nice view on the Vesuvius and the sea. The terrace was spacious and we had breakfast every morning there. There was also a Kitchen and what wasn’t there we found in the big shared kitchen on the other floor. Lucia helpt us with the questions we asked here very adequately. The property was also very pet friendly. Just an 8 minutes walk to the harbor and a perfect location to go to amalfi, capri, Sorrento , Pompeii etc. The price for this apartment is too good to be true in this area. I recommend it 100 %!

Ok… the last part of the narrow road is challenging if you come by car, but if you drive slowly and careful you can do it. The second time is a lot easier!

Sistemazione strategica per visitare l'area vesuviana

Posizione strategica per visitare gli scavi di Pompei, la penisola sorrentina e la costiera amalfitana. Incredibile vista sul Golfo di Napoli e sul Vesuvio. Attenzione alla strada per arrivare in auto, che è stretta e a doppio senso ma corta.

E' andato tutto ottimamente

Für eine Nacht hat es gut gepasst.

Eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Vesuv und Hafen. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, man muss sich aber trauen die engen Gassen hinzufahren.

Leider war das Licht im Raum kaputt, vom Vorraum kam etwas Licht in den Schlafbereich.

Pomieszczenia przestronne , miła obsługa , parking bezpłatny, bliskość do promu , pociągu.

Pokoje brudne , wymagające remontu, spłuczka toalety się zacina, płytki odklejają się , w toalecie śmierdzi. Okolica bardzo brudna , ale to chyba typowe dla Neapolu do czego my nie jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni .

Amazing view with lot of potential to make it better

~Position of the building- the superb view to Vezuviu and Napoli golf(I confirm all the reviews that I read). ~Lucia, the lady that is in charge there, is helpful and she is trying to come with solution so that the guest feel comfortable. Thank you for this! ~Parking that is inside is free! ~Kitchen which was generous, where you can cook, warm to microwave, enough space into the 2 fridges. ~Position- close to Amalfi Coast, Vezuviu, Pompei & Napoli.

~ I had to change the apartment rent(room+own kitchen+fridge) on the first day because the apartament was communicating with other room throw a door that have half of door with a glass that was not transparent, but you can see the human shadow and light from the other room. The other room was occupied so light, noise was present. The hot water was also not working here. Lucia understood that we can't accept this apartment, and she offer a room instead, at a lower price as a compromise. ~ The mattress in the room offered need to be replaced because on the half of that I didn't felt that I stay on a flat surface. ~ The painting on the room&kitchen walls need a refresh. They are in some placing exfoliating. ~ Steps that goes down to the city are passing throw a doubtful area, in which is garbage or a cracked roof. ~ I confirm that you need to have experience with proportion of the car, the path to the property is very narrow and in case if two cars are intersecting then it will be very difficult to the driver that have to go back to handle this. Also I think that for SUV cars, the mirrors have to be retreated so that they don't get scratched. ~ Be very carefully, I was counting in the area of Napoli(including here) that 7 of 10 cars are scratched in back, mirrors, left side, right side of the car. This tell a lot!! From my perspective here people don't give left/right signal, priority is something that you have to understand that usually doesn't exist (if you are somehow hesitating then your path is crossed), so pay attention to this.

Dobra baza wypadowa

Super właścicielka, bez problemu zmieniła nam pokoje. Gdy w 4 osobowym nie było jednego okna, zamieniła nam na 2 dwuosobowe. Bardzo, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, ładny, odnowiony budynek z windą, widok z tarasu robi mega wrażenie.

Dojazd tragiczny, wąska DWUKIERUNKOWA ulica, na której ledwo mieści się jeden samochód. Trochę utrudniony kontakt z właścicielką ponieważ mówi tylko po włosku, dobrze, że są translatory. Samo miasto brzydkie, obskurne, dobre tylko na bazę wypadową do innych urokliwych miasteczek.

It’s a lowkey scam don’t stay here.

The room was atleast nice and the shower was nice.

The location was horrible. There were no signs to indicate anything. The area was dangerous and nothing like the pictures. The double bed was also just two mattresses put together.

Pasada la primera impresión, merece mucho la pena.

Artigiani della preziosità es un convento carmelita reconvertido en centro social donde se ayuda a que niños y niñas autistas desarrollen su capacidad motora y aprendan el oficio de panadero/repostero. Si bien el acceso al edificio es complicado, no hay que desanimarse por lo "abandonado" de las escaleras que llevan del mismo al puerto: más bien hay que vivirlo como parte de la experiencia de viajar por la Campania. Las vistas desde el alojamiento son inmejorables, pues una gran terraza bordea todo el edificio y permiten observar toda la bahía. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero no se deben esperar ni lujos ni una recepción a disposición de los clientes. Dicho todo esto, estoy muy contento de haber conocido el trabajo que realizan y, aunque he experimentado leves incomodidades, volvería a repetir la experiencia.

One of the best hotels that I had so far for a long time. Super clean. We got nice balcony & view. Good parking space at the garden. If I go around this location, there is no other hotels that I look for.
