This was our 3rd visit to Sequoia NP but our first time staying at this property. This location is very convenient to the amenities of Three Rivers and an easy short drive to the park entrance. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We had an issue with the coffee maker our first morning (we need it to function!), and Candice resolved it immediately!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer which was a big plus. The kitchen and laundry room were very updated. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone in the area is very friendly. The host was easy to reach, and communicated everything clearly.
Because this house is so close to the park entrance, it is further out from big box stores. The closest Walmart/Target is in Visalia about 30 minutes away. Cell service is spotty, but the wifi worked well.

We had the best time. The kids loved the bunk beds and it was wonderful to have such a nice home base from which to explore the two National Parks.

If you value your sanity and comfort, STAY AWAY from this disaster of a rental. This place was a complete nightmare from the moment we arrived. First, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. With temperatures soaring to 100F outside and a stifling 86F inside, we were left baking for three agonizing hours waiting for a repairman. He temporarily fixed the issue. Some of us, who are sensitive to heat and have heart conditions, had to flee to a nearby hotel to survive the first night.
To add insult to injury, the WIFI was dead on arrival, and most of our cell phones had zero service (we were a group of six). Only one phone had any signal, which we used to reach the owner. The bathroom sinks were a horror show, with water pooling and refusing to drain for what felt like an eternity. The owner had the gall to offer us a reservation cancellation, which we accepted, thinking it meant a refund for the first miserable day and night. We lost half a day of our vacation dealing with this chaos.
Here's where things went from bad to worse: the owner re-booked our reservation without bothering to notify us. VRBO sent an email about the new payment due, but guess what? We couldn't see it because the WIFI WASN'T WORKING! On the third day, we returned from the park to find ourselves locked out in 105F heat. The owner had changed the door code because we hadn't paid – payment we couldn't make without internet access!
Frequent travelers beware: avoid this house like the plague

It was a very cute house, pretty clean over all. Had most needed items for a house. It was cozy and inviting. I liked it here was 25 mins from the wedding we were attending. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds were so soft it was a problem for all of us as it made it difficult to sleep. Also notice in the bathroom if the window was open there were lots of small flying bugs coming in. Over all happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

All in all, we were very happy with our stay here. Our biggest complaint was with the cleaning service, which can be rectified, I am sure. We did end up having to buy our own toilet paper! Once again, a cleaning service problem. We would stay there again.

This place is back in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. It is far enough away that you dont have lots of traffic, but you can sit out on the private deck area and hear the river.
We loved the great kitchen for cooking. They didn’t skimp on the cheapest appliances like some places do. We loved our stay and would greatly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. 4 adult guests - we made our meals and found everything we needed. Enjoyed the peaceful and quiet homebase while we hiked and enjoyed Sequoia and King's Canyon. Lovely house - great hostess. We'd return!

Our family enjoyed the layout of this home. Comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen items. Short drive to Sequoia park, grocery, dining. Gave a 4 because of issue with coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers) that i brought to owner's attention but never heard back about as well as a bug infestation in the bathroom. Overall it was an excellent stay at this home.
