Comfortable house in quite neighborhood! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 miles from University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Minutes from Centennial Park and you can ride your bike to the Razorback Greenway accessing 100’s of miles of trails throughout Northwest Arkansas! This home has a hot tub and grill so you will be ready to fire up that family BBQ on the private fenced backyard. Conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers and a 2 minute drive to one of the best dog parks in Northwest Arkansas at Bryce Davis Park. Located off close to I-49 and easy access to all of Northwest Arkansas.

The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located to UArk, shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable having all that we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay while we were moving our daughter into the dorm. We had 2 vehicles loaded down with things for my daughter dorm room, one of them being a truck. It was nice to have a garage to put them in for overnight keeping. The house was clean and convenient to everything. James was super easy to communicate with and I highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very convenient location to everything. The owners went above and beyond what other places offer. There were condiments, shampoos, and plenty of toilet paper which was a plus. The place was super clean and the best part for us was a fenced in back yard for the dog and the provided doggie bags were a plus. This home truly felt like a home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better house. It is very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space for us to spread out after being couped up in a vehicle for 3 hours. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room and a nice big yard, and was in a good location in relation to the campus. It had all the amenities we needed, and we even got to enjoy the cozy fireplace since it was a little chilly in the evenings while we were there. The property owner was responsive and helpful, and our stay went very smoothly.
