Overall the impressions of the property was very enjoyable and very close to everything we needed, in our home away from home. The backyard was perfect for our furry family member. We were very thankful for the beach buggy and accessories in the outside beach box. The house was just beautiful and we would love to stay here again.

This house is lovely! It is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a wagon available to use to carry beach chairs and umbrella. Master bed was very comfortable. House was very clean and included extras such as puzzles, games, books, blender, coffee pot and keurig machine. The house is decorated so nice and the back porch was very comfortable! We would love to stay here again!

Very nice house with well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Bedrooms are nice sized and bathrooms are all double sinks. The location is good if you don’t mind a good walk. Fenced backyard was a plus! Lots of wonderful time spent with family.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Sandbox. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was very spacious for our family of seven and was an easy and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the back porch especially in the early mornings and as shelter when we got stuck in the rain on the way back from the beach. This place was clean, cute, and well maintained. The location to the beach was great, an easy walk. They provided a wagon and some camping chairs. Publix is 3 miles away and getting into and out of the historic part of St.Augustine was easy. The only downside was road noise, since the home is right off of A1A.

We visit SA frequently and like to try out different places. We loved this house! Very spacious and clean. Close proximity to the beach and communication with Candy was unparalleled. The only downfall is the proximity to the road and the noise from some of the bedrooms is easily heard. We would defiantly stay here again!

We had a great stay at Candy's property. It was nicely decorated, clean and had plenty of space. Though the weather didn't cooperate for our vacation, the property was only a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive into St. Augustine.

The house rules were NOT on the Vrbo site for how many cars to park. It was Not on the welcome package or the welcome printed package in the house. It was on a link in the first email I received from property manager, who never mention if don’t obey these rules you will have your stay cancelled and non refunded. Never does Vrbo. When we parked more than 4 cars, 2 on the city’s grass on the road -not on the property’s lawn, I admitted my mistake and hoped we could quickly adjust it. Instead the property manager was very angry, over talking my explanation, (eventually saying her contractor at the house was more important than the conversation with me). And without a warning or any grace told us to leave - canceled our reservation. I even asked to pay a fine over the mistake. But then oddly enough, she said we didn’t have to rush to get out - weird and confusing. Makes you wonderful if there was another booking for the next day. I will never use Vrbo again and I was share that with my network of family and friend. We as renters had no leverage and rights to meet a fair solution. In fact, whether the stay is for 2 days or 2 weeks, a third party allowing owners to decide a cancellation on the whim of a house rule for the whole totality of the stay, is arbitrary and greedy-dirty!

Our group of eight had a fantastic time staying at the sandbox. The property was clean, had lots of extra small amenities and perfect for a five day getaway for a group of friends. The location to the beach is fantastic. Literally a two or three minute walk to catch a sunrise or for an evening walk on the beach. Candi, the property manager, was fantastic to deal with. Friendly, helpful, and very responsive.

The Sandbox was a great place to stay for our family beach trip. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and a bedroom for the grand-boy’s. Candy was wonderful to work with and the house is well equipped and has everything you need. The beach wagon was a bonus! She also ensures the property is maintained. The microwave must have stopped working right before our stay and she had the repair person there the first day replacing it with a new one before we even knew it didn’t work. Great location to beach and downtown St.Augustine. Would definately stay again! Great memories made!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Sandbox!! The location was a quick, easy walk to the beautiful, roomy beach and the wagon and all the beach supplies made it effortless each day. St. Augustine was a short ride away and we had a blast on the ghost tour, kayaking at Anastasia State Park, and enjoying ice cream right down the street from the house. Candy was an amazing host who made the check-in and check-out procedures super easy. Her communication skills are top notch as was the rental property. We wanted for nothing and would highly recommend!!

Besides being right off A1A (pretty trafficked all day and much of the night), the property is in a great spot for beach access and quick trips to Saint Augustine proper. The outdoor shower was clutch after beach time and it was great to have some extras (soap, kitchen stuff, etc.) at the ready…would definitely recommend it for families or family reunions…thank you!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay in this home. It was super cute inside, very clean.well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Close walk to the beach, and short drive to downtown. The owner did a great job of sending information about check in/out etc. Would definitely stay here again.

House is exactly as described in Vrbo. The kitchen is well-stocked and has most every spice you can use. It could use a few extra pots and pans but other than that we had a great time and a great visit. We had trouble getting regular channels on the TVs in the bedrooms, but we didn’t really care because we didn’t watch the TV very much at all.
