About this apartment rental
NEW OWNERS: With new owners at the helm, this condo has gone through a massive renovation! Enjoy the second story balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool! Once you journey inside, you will be greeted by relaxing sea blue paint and new furniture throughout the living room and a Smart TV with Roku. The dining room table has seating for 6, but the open kitchen area gives you the space to cook for many more! This kitchen boasts new appliances, granite counter tops, a Keurig brewer that is K-Cup and drip compatible, as well as all the cooking essentials. As you enter the primary bedroom, you’ll find a brand-new king-size bed with new bedding! Enjoy your private bathroom and private balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed and there are now 4 twin-sized beds in the Crow’s Nest, making it perfect for the little ones! This condo is complete with a water softener and a full-size washer and dryer.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

We enjoyed our family beach vacation. Condo was clean and all was as promised. We enjoyed the restaurants and the history of St. Augustine. We will stay here again.

I thought the condo was nice but needed a few improvements for the convenience and safety of their guests. I did not see the Master bedroom so cannot comment on that. We stayed in the smaller room. Just a simple ring by the sink on the wall with a towel ring would have been so nice. With all the other towels in use there was no good place to hang hand towels. The floor of the tub was so slippery I also fell. There are no grab bars or any other safety items. Even a rubber mat would have been appreciated. For safety after the first bath we did not bathe. A drying string across the tub would have been helpful for wet suits. It looks cute but not the needed basics. The knives in the kitchen are dangerous. Please get them sharpened. A fourth high chair on the patio would be nice so four people could dine at the table outside.

Loved our stay! Location was fantastic, property grounds were clean and well maintained. We loved how close the beach and pool were, the kids went back and forth between the two all day! We were a party of 3 adults and 4 kids and there were beds to spare! Master bed was super comfy, which is always appreciated!

The location of this property is great. It was clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again. We went as a friend group and the room with 4 bunk beds is more for small children, but we made it work for grown adults. The shower gets cold very quickly, if you are traveling with several be sure to space out your shower time. Overall a great place to stay!

We enjoyed the stay, as we always do. However, this unit had some issues. I was also surprised when I reported them on the first day and it was noted but nothing was done to fix the issues.The view from the porch is amazing but only 3 chairs out there to sit on. The inside table had 6 which was great. The couch is amazing, comfortable and large. Also, the beds were very comfortable, must be brand new. Also the washer and dryer are new and fancy, loved that. The kitchen was missing a few things - but not sure who wants a full kitchen on vacation anyway. THere was water softener. I think that may have made the water taste awful. We had to go buy water to drink and brush our teeth.The pool, amenities and beach were amazing. I did think the unit would have been more perfect for the price we paid.

We had a Wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to cook when we did. The pool area was very nice. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather. One suggestion would be for more chairs out there. There are 4 but we had 5 people. We would definitely return for another stay!

Overall, our stay at the condo was very nice. We all enjoyed the outside patio and the beautiful beach. There were plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of the condo and the prices were very reasonable, and the food was great. The only negative thing was the housekeeping. I paid a fee of $215.00 with a chance of paying more if the condo was dirty. We had to make sure that the trash was taken out and the dishes were clean and put away. I question why I had to pay the full fee if I did part of the work? I found dust under the dresser and under the two beds in the front bedroom. There was dust along the baseboards and on the wall behind the furniture. I did not check the other rooms because I was not sleeping in them. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. We did not use the stove so I do not know how clean it was. The grounds and the beach were very clean and the young man who was security was very nice and helpful.

We were able to rent this unit when another condo we rented in St. Augustine beach experienced last minute renovations. This updated condo is very nice and would highly recommend. A special call out to the front desk reservation person, George J, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was well kept and located a short driving distance from St. Augustine proper. Our condo was very comfortable and accommodated us nicely. Our original condo had a broken dryer, so they switched us to another condo easily before we arrived.

Property had a new floor. It was still dusty. The chairs scratched the cheap flooring. There was no ventilating fans in either of the bathrooms. Not pleasant. The sliding doors to the outside are very hard to slide when they are on the track. Most of the time both the glass and screen sliding doors were off the track. Property had a new dishwasher. There is a nice table on the balcony for eating outside. Excellent pool and hot tub. Property is a short walk to the beach on their boardwalk. The property came with 2-3 resident roaches which we reported to the office. Despite promises, no exterminator showed up.

Overall was a good stay, great location and love the complex. With that said, the unit was just OK. The entire unit felt damp to the point the chairs felt wet and you couldn't leave any food out because they would have ants all over it. Other than that the unit was comfortable perfect fit for a family vacation. We have been there 3 times and will continue to come back to this location!

Nice view of grounds, pool and beach. Especially enjoyed the balcony (though it would be nicer with a ceiling fan). Beds (esp Master bdrm)are in serious need of replacement. Condo listed as "sleeps 9" but only about 5 (very worn/thin)towels/washcloths provided. Kitchen supplies were fairly adequate but again only 5 coffee cups, 1 dishtowel, 1 pitcher with no lid... The sugar ants are an issue. The TVs were in good working order. LR furniture, carpet, rug, and entire condo really needs to be renovated and updated in my opinion if it is to be listed as a "silver level" unit and for me to be able to recommend to others. We've stayed at CRC many times through the years, but were a bit disillusioned this year and esp with this particular unit.CRC needs to provide more carts (had maybe 2 for our bldg-#2) to assist guests.

Loved the view from the Master and the outdoor dining. Beach access is behind the pool. Pool toys in the closet. Loved the indoor pool on cool days. Management was great. Condo clean and quiet. No complaints except the stacking washer/dryer is small and the clothes came out smelling worse than before.

Overall we were very very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the amenities the complex had to offer and the unit itself. I will first give my positive feedback. We loved the comfy living room with carpeting. Very spacious and lots of seating to accommodate everyone. We also like the large table out on the porch and the wonderful view of the pool. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Now for the negative feedback. The master bathroom is in need of updating. the whirlpool tub, which doubled as a shower, was not very comfortable to use. The tub was raised up and the shower nozzle was low which made it tough to get your head under the shower spray. Also made it touch to step down out of the tub after a shower. The mirror in the shower area was a bit weird also. So, I would say that the master bathroom was a huge weak point in 2208. Also there were not many hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang things from. Like your towels and things. Other than that we really really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were very nice!!

The condo and amenities were nice. My only complaint is that the pictures VRBO made it seem like our unit was on the first floor, when it was actually on the 2nd. It was a pain to get down to the pool and beach with kids. Pool was also very cold!

Had a great time with kids and grandkids. Kids definitely enjoyed the open area. My only suggestion would be the living room furniture was really not comfortable at all for more than several people. Needs replacing. Master mattress was a little soft but I understand some like soft. Overall our stay was a success.
