Close to Masjid Al Haram.

Very steep hill to the haram, about 10 minutes walk. Shower with no pressure, no floor mat. Room was ok, average.
Breakfast is mainly catered for south asian, limited 'european' options and no pastries.

Check in was easy and smooth. We arrived early and weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in but the guy at the desk was thoughtful of our long trip and courteous. Room was small but decent and clean as well as the restaurant. It’s a bit of a distance from haram main gate but overall it is good for the price.

Nice and clean hotel only problem bit up hill walk to Al haram. Good for couple and single person with children I will not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, was checked in within a couple of minutes. The staff were very accommodating. Excellent price for the rooms you get. Housekeeping were excellent, dropping off water everyday and cleaning the room.
Very easy to get to Haram via Anjum hotel next to it. Highly recommend stay there and will be using Al Ebaa hotel again on my next visit.

Great people! Super friendly and helpful. Anything you want, they do it for you in seconds. If you don’t want to do the 15 min walk, you can take a taxi right at the door for 10 Reyals. It is a good walk through their neighbor hotel Anjum. Their breakfast is also a value breakfast for 45 Reyals compared to an average of 75-80 for most other hotels.

I stayed here during a 15-hour layover and this was the perfect place. To get to Masjid al Haram, you simply walk about 10 minutes over Jebel Omar and you are right at the masjid.
The property was so convenient and i maximized my time in Makkah and Masjid al Haram by staying here. The staff were friendly and made checking in, going to my room, and stay comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel in April with my daughter, it was perfect but this time it was a little less.We arrived around 2 am after a long flight and at the desk the receptionist kept us waiting quite a long time for check in. The room we had was on the 6th floor and the view was on a construction site whereas in April we had a very good view of the Haram. The room was cleaned everyday by some excellent and helpful cleaners . 1/2 the key to our room was not working. 3 times i told reception there was no hot water they said yes but nothing was done.On Tuesday there was some heavy rain,we got soaked to the skin but the shower was cold.I asked again, another serviable receptionist told me there was a button that i must click on for the heater to work, the other receptionists could have said all this to us from the beginning.....The person who helped with the suitcases was helpful also to help us with our driver because we don't understand arabic. Some umbrellas would have been handy for the clients at reception.

Me and my children have paid for breakfast as they said they will provide breakfast but no one show us where the restaurant was or provided breakfast and never got the refund for that. Staff wasn’t helping and on arrival never explain anything.

Man, I've been to Umrah 4 times and this is the best Hotel I've been in Mecca. Super close to the Haram, like a 5 minute walk if you go through Al Anjum hotel which everybody does, just follow the crowd. The hotel always smells really good. Front desk, I never waited once for someone and was a super fast check in with absolutely no problems. Rooms and beds were really clean, bathrooms were nice and clean. High recommend, only thing would like if the Air Conditioning was stronger, it's still good and gives cold air but that's just my preference.

The breakfast isn’t that good. Our ac wasn’t working and had to call the staff many times. the staff was helpful. the floorboards were lifting, I tripped many times because of it. close to masjid al haram if you take shortcut through anjum hotel

Just one thing we observe if you can go to Holly kabbah a bit hilly 5mints. Not good for those families who have children and they want to walk through road. But very near the kabbah if you can adult and like the walk.

I loved my stay at Al Ebaa. I traveled with my father and sister, and the hotel is conveniently within walking distance from the Haram. We could see the entrance from our room, which was similar to what I experienced at a different hotel that cost much more. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food. The hotel staff accommodated all our requests, providing great service and hospitality. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future.

cons:
- might be a bit too far from Haram for elderly/disabled and you’re gonna have to leave 1hr before every salaat and probably 1hr30m when it’s Jummah to get there on time and find space to pray
- showers are a bit small and you always have to ask for extra toiletries. Keep in mind I’m 189cm though and I have been training for a few years so most people should be fine
- breakfast options slightly limited in my opinion
- WiFi is weak especially on the top floors. I was on the 16th floor and used my Saudi Sim data plan most of the time
Pros:
- nice distance from haram if youre young and fit like me. there’s a shortcut through Anjum hotel everyone takes instead of walking up the main road
- close to Makkah city centre
- not too far from clock tower and Jabar Al Omar
- food is very healthy and tastes great, great fuel for a your days when constantly going to Haram back and forth and for Umrah/Hajj
- couple 3rd party restaurant near
- room service is always top tier

Close to the Kaabah which is nice. Washroom is really small.

If you are looking for a very basic experience then this is a good option for you. Food is extremely mediocre without a choice. It’s fairly walkable you can get the to haram in about 6-7 minutes if you are physically fit. There is an uphill. Beds are comfortable but the drainage in the shower is weirdly set up. Sometimes toiletries are missing such as toilet paper and body lotion. Not bad though, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. If you are looking for a very basic place to stay at then this is okay.

The AC takes long time to cool the rooms

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me a 2-hour delayed check-out without any hassle. They even called periodically to ensure I had everything I needed and to check if there were any issues of concern.
This hotel is bit challenge for wheelchair operator, as the route was not entirely wheelchair-friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. Well done, team!

Good location - 10 min walk to the Haram.

First of all the hotel is at steep up hill going to haram which makes it difficult for anyone to climb or walk all the time. The rooms carpet were dirty. Washrooms were very small.
