Parking:

Our free parking can fit up to 2 cars. If you need more space, there is plenty of room to park on the street.

Nobody is allowed to park in the neighbor's parking space.

Your care keeps our home alive. To ensure the upkeep of our properties and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have implemented specific guidelines. It is crucial to familiarize yourself with these rules, so kindly take the time to peruse the descriptions associated with each one.

1. No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.

2. Purrfectly Clean: Experience a pet-free, immaculate home. Sorry! We cannot accommodate pets to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests. Unless proof of being a service pet is provided. Due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. We will cancel your booking and delete your passcode if you bring any no authorized pets.

3. Fresh air haven: Embrace our no-smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and the like policy.

4. To consider neighborhood harmony, please keep noise levels to a considerate minimum. Respectful quiet hours ensure tranquil evenings: keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Our check-out time is 11:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance, and we will see if we can accommodate it.

Before leaving the premises, kindly ensure that you haven't left any belongings behind, as our team cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items.

Hygiene Standards:
Maintaining cleanliness is our top priority. Rest assured, our residences undergo meticulous deep cleaning after each guest stay. In response to COVID-19, our cleaning protocols have been heightened, including thorough wiping of surfaces with hot water and disinfectants.

Finally, upon concluding your stay, if you've experienced exceptional service, feel free to express your appreciation through gratuity. Simply give it to the staff member you find deserving. Additionally, if you wish to share your feedback, you can leave a review of the property.
