This bayside gem is newly renovated, beautifully decorated and in a great location. You're in a safe & peaceful neighborhood, yet walkable to many restaurants & San Diego Bay. The home is 10-20 minutes drive to Petco Park, the Zoo, & most beaches.
With 2 full baths, free street parking, spacious & bright rooms, a well functioning kitchenette, coffee bar, and fast Wifi - it's ideal for business and leisure travelers. Book now to experience the best of San Diego from our conveniently located home!
THE SPACE
Be greeted by our bright and inviting living room as soon as you step into this tranquil bayside retreat.
Open the windows and you'll instantly feel the ocean breeze given the home is less than a mile from the San Diego Bay, the Chula Vista Bayfront Promenade, and the Chula Vista Marina.
The coastal chic living room features an open floor plan and a 65-inch TV that is Wifi and streaming enabled.
Across from the living room, you'll find a fully stocked coffee and tea bar with an assortment of coffee, tea, and a Keurig coffee maker.
Next to the coffee bar is a well-functioning kitchenette, complete with appliances like a full-size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and blender.
For your convenience, we've also provided other amenities like plates, utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and seasonings like salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, mustard, etc.
The kitchenette is perfect for heating up simple meals and leftovers; however, it's not designed for heavy cooking as it does not have a traditional cooktop/range oven or a sink.
Rest easy in our two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans and furnished with plush queen-size beds and mattresses with mattress protectors. Enjoy a peaceful slumber with room darkening faux wood blinds and quality ultra soft cotton bed linens.
One of the two bedrooms is a master suite with its own private bathroom. The master bathroom offers ample countertop space and a bath tub with rain showerhead. The 2nd full bath is on the opposite end of the hallway next to the 2nd bedroom. It features a spacious shower with seating.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be given an electronic code to the front door smart lock for self check-in. We require a copy of a government-issued ID of the person responsible for the booking in order to provide access to the home.
Your vacation home has a private entrance through the front door of a single-family-home house. You have exclusive use of all areas within the vacation home, including the living and dining rooms, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
The vacation home has a shared wall with another unit in the back of the building. The shared wall has a set of french doors that are locked at all times for your and the back unit resident's privacy. Please do not attempt to unlock and open these doors or attempt to access the back unit.
Please note that the back unit residence has a dog and you may hear dog barking and other low level sounds during your stay.
Guests do not have access to the side gate that leads to the backyard.
OTHER NOTES
This vacation home has a kitchenette with appliances like a full-size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. It's not a full kitchen and is not suitable for heavy cooking due to the lack of a traditional cooktop, range oven, and kitchen sink.
Guests can use the driveway for loading/unloading purposes, but the driveway and the garage are not for guest parking. This home is street parking only and it's free. There's typically available parking on the street directly in front of the home.
There is no onsite laundry but laundrymats are available nearby.

- Strictly no smoking or drug use of any kind anywhere on the home's premise (inside and outside within the property). The smoke-free policy includes vape and weed pens. If any room of the home is smoked in or has smoke smell, there will be a $250.00 de-smoke fee.
- Confirmed guests are responsible for damages or missing items caused by any undisclosed or unapproved guests and pets
- Overnight visitors are not allowed without the host's prior consent. The person responsible for the booking must provide the visitor's full name and their relationship to the host for approval ahead of time. Penalty fee will be applied for undisclosed overnight visitors. Additional booking fee may apply per approved overnight visitor.
- This vacation home is street parking only and parking is free. There are always open spots available throughout the day on the street that the home is on. The garage and driveway are not included for guest parking. Driveway can be used for loading/unloading purposes but do not leave cars parked unattended.
- Each guest is provided with one set of 3 towels per stay, that includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash towel. Towels are to be reused for the duration of stay. Laundry and additional towels are not available.
- Guests are expected to return the home in the same condition that it was provided upon check-in. Any missing or damaged items will result in additional fees. Guests who violate the house rules will be asked to reimburse the host for additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs incurred.
