We had a nice stay at the Guest Nest. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was updated recently. The bed was comfortable and there were many nice touches that made our stay enjoyable. Thanks!

This little condo was a great place for my husband and myself for a few days, although there are a couple of small improvements that could be made. The check-out instructions referenced a dishwasher, but there is not one in this kitchen. (This wasn't a problem, it was just an inaccuracy.) The bathroom was nice, but rather small. The shower was amazing. The bedroom was spacious enough, with plenty of room in the closet for all of our belongings while we stayed. The bed needs to be updated; the mattress was noisy (loud squeaks with the slightest movement), worn out, and uncomfortable. In all, it was a great place to stay, it just needs a few small updates.

The apartment was just what we needed for an anniversary get-away. It was close enough for a day trip to Eureka Springs and a day trip to Top of the Rock south of Branson. Very clean, very quiet.

The property was perfect and quiet! Coffee on the deck was a nice way to start each morning.
We are thankful we had friends with property near by. The drive is not boat friendly.

The guest nest was perfect for a long weekend getaway for me and my husband. Close to area attractions but felt secluded. Area was quiet. Place was neat and clean with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

When looking for a place to stay I read a review saying this place was more than expected and it sold me on booking. It is so much more than expected, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area and a very nice and extremely clean room. The record player was such the perfect touch. We will stay here again!

The property is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. The living room and bedroom was very cozy and the balcony was private and scenic. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, as well as a kettle, and blender. There were even seasonings, oil, coffee and cake pans! The record player was pleasant and the overall environment was lovely. The living room had games and movies and books! However, the driveway to and from the property is very rough. The in and out area was too much for my vehicle. I had to enter and exit from a side area that wasn't marked. This area is a lot more level and accessible. The entrance and exit could be used with a taller vehicle like a truck or SUV. Just be careful with smaller vehicles. The property itself is quiet and peaceful and overall I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again

This place was even more than expected. Nicely decorated, clean, well furnished, cozy and quiet is how I would describe this home. There was attention to detail which made it so easy to be comfortable there. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Holiday Island.
