About this villa rental

Rent the entire villa (5 bedrooms/sleeps 10 comfortably) or rent half of the house for smaller groups that sleeps 4-6! This property has 2 beautifully appointed areas; giving you your own space, yet giving you the opportunity for extended families/parties to be together! The large sweeping porch with endless beautiful views will take your breath away! Come as adults only or use the home as family friendly! Lots of parking on a nice flat driveway, no need for 4x4. Make some memories at this unique location, just 5 mins outside of Cruz Bay on a private road. Fully Home AC - This villa has brand new furnishings and decor, and newer to the short term rental market. Solar with battery back-up!

Easy access, plenty of space for our family for 8 days. We did lose power a few times during our stay but we are used to it coming from the rural country so it did not really effect our stay.

Turtle Nest Villa was amazing! It's kept up nicely, very convenient to Cruz Bay, and fantastic views (we couldn't get enough of those views)! The villa slept a party of 8 comfortably and the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and coolers as wellšŸ˜€

We had a wonderful time at ā€œTurtle Nest Villaā€! We were two families with a total of 10, we spent seven nights there very comfortably. The house is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and furnished and full of light. Having two separate levels worked out great for us parents when we wanted to retire before the rest of the group. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The view of the two bays from the deck is beautiful and itā€™s a great spot to hang out anytime of the day. The house is quiet, surrounded by green and flowers, we even saw an iguana in the yard! Although the house feels secluded it is within minutes of the grocery store and the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay. The many beach towels, beach chairs and the umbrella were greatly appreciated and used daily. Our hosts Kathryn and Kelly were very kind, helpful and responded promptly to any question we had. Overall we had a very special time and we would definitely go back to Turtle Nest Villa!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the ā€œturtleā€™s nest villaā€ (love this cute theme). Some of the things we like: brand new settings; a large porch with fantastic view of two bays at day and great view of stars at night; convenient (2 mins to the grocery and 10 min drive to Cruz bay) yet quiet location; relatively independent two floors where we (two families) can have fun together in the dining room and living room but also have some privacy at night; spacious bathrooms with both tub and walk-in shower (nice when coming back from the beach); plenty of beach chairs and beach towels to use; lovely trees and flowers around the villa; lots of windows all over the villa; cozy couches with a big TV; and many other great features. Only two small caveats: we didnā€™t find the USB wall outlets so donā€™t forget to bring your charger (we did!) and there are a few wild roosters or some birds living in the neighboring woods and they crow for a minute or so once every few hours throughout the night (not a big deal if not super sensitive sleeper) Over all a great place to enjoy the vacation for family and friends. We feel lucky to find it.
