We were a little scared when we first pulled up, but as soon as we got in the fence our fears were allayed. The trailer has been nicely remodeled, it was clean and very comfortable.
The property is near a nice park that is actually an off leash dog park. Close enough to walk to and the surrounding neighborhood is cute and quiet.

This was just minutes away from our family whom we were visiting. It is small but was just what we needed and affordable. The deck and fenced in area was perfect for us. We have two 7# Shih Tzus and they had freedom to run in and out safely. Very clean trailer. Not too many kitchen pots/pans/etc. but ok for us. Bed was very comfortable but high so bring a little stool if short like me. Same for microwave--stool needed to reach. Host was always accessible if needed. Usually pretty quiet, but the roofing company next to it was occasionally noisy but not for a length of time. We all felt comfortable and safe here. We both agreed that we would like to stay here again, perhaps for a longer visit. Host gladly answers any questions one might have. Great host.

We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is in transition but it is fairly central to amenities.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep and don't want to be in a hotel it's a go.
Bed, bedding and towels are nice and the space is very clean.
The space can feel cramped, especially the bathroom as it is a single wide trailer and has a full size tub and toilet. The sleeping areas are tight but not bad overall if you pack light.
This appears to be a reclaimed trailer that's not entirely free of it's former abandoned status. Many of the drawers and closets are difficult to open and ultimately close again. There's significant grime in the window casings and not all windows have screens. It was hot and stuffy so it was necessary to open every available window. Some of the windows with exposure have no coverings/ blinds so the sun beats in. The place needs airing as well for the smell of mildew. It's very musty when you walk in and aired out by day 2 thanks to a breeze.
If you plan to cook, reconsider. While there's a full size fridge and stove with oven, there's no cookware to speak of. As others have mentioned there's a giant pot, one extra small frying pan and some bowls. There are utensils and plates for 4, but only 3 cups and 3 glasses. Thankfully there were only 2 of us.
Some paper towels would be nice, along with a couple of coffe pods to get you started. And since you have to clean your dishes by hand, a new sponge for each stay would make it feel cleaner. The floors are counters were spotless, so i would have imagined more readily available and unused to

Good value for a family with one child.

It is tucked away from the road and was not sure at first how it would be, but we got inside and it was cozy and perfect. Clean and decorated nicely. It is small but worked perfect for what we needed. I would come stay here again.

Don't let the surrounding neighbors off put you. The location is great, just not the most sightly nieghbors to either side. This place is a very cute and cozy stay. Once inside the gate, you feel very secluded and have your own private patio and gas firepit. The host is also amazing at getting right back to you, should anything come up while you are staying there.

We had a great experience at this listing, and found it clean and well stocked with amenities. However, there was one hiccup (which would’ve been worse had it happened to a younger child): There was no way to heat the small bedroom with a twin bed. Luckily one of us had brought along a heating pad so everyone slept well, but if it were a small child I worry those temperatures could be dangerous. Granted, it’s not even spring yet, so other times of the year this would be a non issue.
