Cozy up and relax in this calm, stylish remodeled home. It boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and bright light. The kitchen connects to the cozy living space. Laundry room w/ new washer/dryer. The neighborhood has groceries, restaurants & small retail shops within walking distance. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 20 mins from KC airport, 15mins from DT KC, P&L district or Convention Center.
This unit is perfect for families, traveling professionals, and quick weekend trips to explore all KC has to offer including a close drive to Overland Park DT, Westport, Plaza and Midtown areas of KC. Downtown is just less than a 25 minute car ride! This cozy, modern home manages to pack every amenity and home comfort you want while enjoying the suburban life of Overland Park.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 4 BEDROOMS ★
4 BR--two with KING BEDS and two with QUEEN BEDS can be found in this cozy rental. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC. There are stairs to access any of the bedrooms (3 on 2nd level & 1 on 4th).
♛ A sofa sleeper is provided in living room if you are bringing an extra guest.
★BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY★
2 FULL bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. **Note: The half bath is in the unfinished basement.
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent.
★KITCHEN★
There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your use and convenience.
★OUTDOOR SPACE★
This unit also offers a fenced backyard with patio and pergola where your family and friends can sit on the porch, dine and have fun sharing stories.
★PARKING and ACCESS ★
**Two car garage is available for use as well as driveway parking. Please utilize these options.
★PETS - We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $65+ fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted. Guests are required to pick up after their pet.
This is a single family home. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery, retail and restaurants and a short drive to highways, the chiefs/royals stadium, Power & Light/T-Mobilie Center, conference center, local hospitals and more!
Parking is available in garage, driveway or on street, but please only park in front of the home.
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and respectful of quiet hours. Do not block neighbor parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your 5 star stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.

Great house. Conveniently located, clean and comfortable!

The house was very clean and accommodations were great for us. Backyard needed some cleanup. Front porch could use a better railing system. We couldn’t figure out how to open garage but weather was great so didn’t need. Lovely neighborhood.

I gave this house a rating of 5 based on the inside of the home. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were all very nice. However the backyard of the house was not a 5. The outdoor furniture was all filthy and the yard needed some TLC. It was ok for my two dogs to run around but there was a lot of debris in the yard, probably from a recent storm. It was not a backyard you would want to spend anytime in. Since we were two seniors, the lack of railings on the front porch made it a bit difficult for us. Also you might note that the water in the hall bath shower never got very hot. Something I am sure you can easily correct for the next guest. Other than those few things, we enjoyed the house and its location.

We had a great stay while traveling to the Overland Park area for a youth soccer tournament. Host was very easy to work with.

This property is well appointed and in a great location to restaurants and activities in the metro Kansas City area. Perfect for our multigenerational family. We had an enjoyable, fun filled long weekend and appreciated the comfortable accommodations. Definitely would return again! Thank you!

This home is amazing, clean, beautiful and the attention to detail was perfect. Our host Amber, was very responsive and welcoming and the house had everything we needed not to mention the neighborhood and location is perfect

Great spot for exploring all that KC has to offer. The host was gracious and wonderfully accommodating.

Very comfortable visit for the five of us, so much nicer than two hotel rooms. Grandson had room to run, plenty of space to enjoy cooking without racing to restaurants all the time, less than 30 minutes to family attractive in Kansas City area.
