This Zen Retreat will bring all of the relaxation you have dreamed of in your finely crafted Verde Valley vacation. Minutes from Old Town, wineries, boutiques, antique stores and great restaurants. THE SPACE: ☀ 3 bedrooms with king beds ☀ Primary bedroom with en-suite bath and separate vanities ☀ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee & tea bar (K-cups & tea provided) ☀ Living room with sectional and sleeper sofa ☀ We’ve converted the 2 car garage into a fun game room! You will have access to pool, darts and foosball. Professional photos coming soon ☀ Private hot tub with mountain views ☀ Large, fully fenced and private backyard with fruit trees, BBQ, patio dining, and corn hole ☀ Open-concept kitchen, dining and living room ☀ 3 Smart TV's with streaming (NO cable) ☀ Free onsite washer/dryer ☀ Free parking in the driveway for 4 cars ☀ Keyless self check-in ☀ Public Goods soaps and lotion provided ☀ Comfortable mattresses, bedding and towels ☀ Front of home faces open space with spectacular views. This specific area is known for its birdwatching! We've seen bright yellow finches, brilliant red cardinals and quail. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This home is in a quiet residential community. Please respect our neighbors. Parties will be shut down immediately and guests will be evicted with no refund. Absolutely no smoking of any substance including vaping inside the home or garage. This will result in a minimum fee of $1800 for deodorization. Please shower and use the bathroom before entering the hot tub. Any lotion, make up, etc will make the water cloudy and unusable, and will result in having to get the tub drained. If we have to drain the tub after your departure, there will be a $100

On our way to Casa Grande we decided on the fly to stop and visit Sedona, and this property was Perfect for our stay. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures, very clean and modern furnishings were clean and comfortable. Tammy was easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a breeze. House is about 20 min from Sedona but we really enjoyed Cottonwood and is worth the drive. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is five stars all the way. Outstanding home had everything and more for our family of four. Spacious, clean, tidy, organized, nicely decorated and fully stocked right down to the small details. Full kitchen, BBQ and plenty of seating everywhere we cooked our meals to start and end our days. Games room is fantastic and the hot tub is clean and situated for privacy. Safe quiet neighborhood location, your front panoramic view is a private ranch open field with mountains in the background, no neighbors in sight. Such a beautiful setting all around, we would sit outside every morning and enjoy birds chirping and flying about, very peaceful and relaxing. Short drive to Sedona and Grand Canyon is a day trip, shopping and stores minutes away. Owner has fantastic communication and promptly responds to any questions. I recommend booking this property 100% without question, we hope to return for a longer stay.

1. Neighborhood – quiet. Looking out over open space. Easy to find the house and instructions for entering property were spot on. 2. House. Well appointed. Spotless. No smells, stains, extraneous items (God bless this house, etc.). Ranch layout so plenty of privacy between sleeping and living areas. TV and wireless worked perfectly, as did the large hot tub in a private area of the yard. Just exactly as described, with what you need and nothing more. Each bedroom has a king bed, and the mattresses were so good we wound up asking the host what they were so we could buy as we’re in the market for a new one and we slept so comfortably. The addition of Public Goods soaps and shampoos were a nice touch. Plenty of hot water, a Nest thermostat which regulated the temperature nicely. We felt instantly at ease in the house and really enjoyed our stay. 3. We always say the best indication of how good the property was is whether we would stay again, and there’s no question we would again when in the Sedona area.

This home is beautifully decorated and it faces a mountain range which the front patio has great views of. We had everything we needed and used the hot tub each night. We went for a girls winery trip and this house is like 10-15 minutes from everything we did - downtown Cottonwood, jeep tour and Alcantara winery. Great stay!

This home was the perfect place for us to stay, as we had to be in Cottonwood for unfortunate reasons as we lost a family member. It was very nice to be somewhere that we could come together and celebrate life and not worry about hotel parking, other guests etc. we were able to feel relaxed and the hot tub in the evenings was a great way to unwind. House was nicely stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, do laundry or even relax and watch a movie as if you were in your own home. Thank you for letting us rent from you.

The house is so cute and welcoming. We loved the jacuzzi and the lights outside. Also the view is beautiful. I highly recommend this property for your next stay. Very close to wineries and good food too :)

Great place to stay, especially with our 20-month old. There wasn't tons of random things for him to get into and there was tons of space for him to play inside and outside. Location was great for visiting downtown and the views from the front porch were amazing.
