About this house rental
Steps away from the historic Ohio State Reformatory, our Retro House has been fully renovated andstyled in a 1940's fashion with intricate wallpaper and delightful decor touches.Deeply discounted tours of the historic Ohio State Reformatoryare included in your stay. After you have booked your overnight stay, you will be emailed a promotional code for $25 off one ticket per guest. The promo code will be valid for the duration of your stay. You may use the code for complimentary self-guided tour tickets or as a discount on any of our other daytime historical tours.
We offer a functional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils.
Our newly renovated, modern bathroom includes all of the basic amenities you may need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for guests to use.
The home is not wheelchair or handicap accessible.
Two upstairs bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room with a full bed, means the house can accommodate up to 6 guests. 4 guests are included in the standard overnight rate and we allow a maximum of up to 6 with an additional per-guest fee.
Our living room features comfortable seating and an entertainment center with TV and Bluray player. Wifi is available to all our guests. We are not responsible for any provider outages that may occur during your stay.
There is off-street parking available for 2 cars on a gravel pad directly behind the home.
