So exterior spaces such as backyard are shared with all tenants and guests. The other tenants all have separate entrances and shouldn't impact your stay.

Pease let us know 2 day in advance if you want to check in early or check out late for a fee.

Garage is not for guest use. Please utilize our driveway! It's a little steep and narrow but can tandem parking up to 3 cars. Bus and Van are not allowed to park in the on-site driveway
☆ HIGH CHAIR FOR INFANTS ☆
Please let us know at least 2 days in advance if you need a high chair for your stay so we can prepare and set up before your arrival.
☆ HOT WATER ☆
The hot water tank for upstairs bathroom is not a huge size, so if 6 people take long showers continuously, it may run out
☆ SHARING THE SAME LOT ☆
we have long-term tenants living in the basement and other structures on the same lot. Some share the same common walls, (think of townhouse/duplex/triplex situation). They have separate entrances and shouldn't impact your stay. But don't be alarm to see them from time to time.
☆ HOUSE BUILT ☆
This home was built in 1900. Meaning, this is an old home so if you see some spots that looks like stains, that was caused by the years passed and cannot be covered by just paints. It is completely clean and we do take pride of the cleanliness of our home to maintain its beauty and comfort to every guests.
☆ ENTRANCE ☆
We highly encourage to only use the side door as it has built with Digital Lock & for guest safety and privacy! Please do not use the front door instead.
☆ GUEST COUNT ☆
We only allow maximum guests of 9. Guests who will check in beyond 7 persons will be charged as Extra Guest fee of $50 each per night.
☆ PETS ☆
A friendly reminder also that we do not allow pets in the home for this time. Failure to follow our house rules will result into fees.
☆ NOISE LIMIT ☆
A friendly reminder to please keep your voices down outside of the property to give respect to our neighbors.
☆ INDOOR FIREPLACE ☆
A quick heads up that it is only for decorative purpose & can't be utilized.

All was great. They need a new vacuum cleaner or a new cleaning team. One or the other needs improvement!!

The house was clean and well marked with signs on what to do. The beds were comfortable and very cozy. We couldn’t find a cookie sheet but other than that the kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal. The location was incredible, only ~12 minute walk to space needle and close to bus lines. Overall highly recommend!
