The pool is not heated.

There are 2 Pack & Plays at the house.

Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!

There is an additional $250 deep cleaning fee for having pets in the house.

There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.

Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of $250 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.

If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.

We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.

Fun house that was perfect size for 8 adults. Great backyard to hang and relax. Hot tub temperature was set too low and took about a day to warm up. But very nice once we got it working. Our group would definitely stay here again.

I booked this home for its gorgeous backyard and the "paradise" features. It was a surprise bday for my partner and invited friends to stay from CA to enjoy sunshine, warm weather staycation. The property manager let themselves in while i was checking in and getting settled which was awkward and uncomfortable since it was after the allowable check in time. We sent messages asking how to turn backyard lights on and they went ignored. And when we tried to enjoy the backyard amenities we couldn't because the neighborhood was resurfacing their streets. Reached out to the property owners to ask if they knew this was happening why wouldn't they include it in the listing and they lied and said they weren't aware and "don't control the city of scottsdale ". This was a bold faced lie Because the neighbors provided us with a communication letter that was provided to ALL homeowners. Nice property, too bad the hosts arent. Won't be back.

It was a nice place situated in Scottsdale. There was a good atmosphere and cleanliness, with lots of room and seating across the property. Be advised however, there may not be room to park in the garage, as there was a ping pong table which was a slight inconvenience. Its not the most accessible for those with disabilities,with a step up to the front door twice, and then down again once inside, I didnt really understand that but my grandfather wasnt able to make it for our stay so it didnt interfere with everyone else. Other than that, it slept 10 comfortably in our party, you could do more if each bed sleeps 2. All the amenities worked great, and the host left some basics like coffee, silverware and dishes with cleaning tablets and all the normal things. No issues with that. We couldnt figure out how to setup the outside with the remotes but we didnt fiddle with it much. It has heaters outside as well as TVs all over the house and outside, but we didnt use any. Whole place had a nice vibe and ambiance to it though, and i would recommend for a comfortable visit. We had a pretty last minute request to extend checkout beyond 10am to around Noon, and messaged around 9am but they already had their cleaners scheduled so make sure to ask far ahead of time and/or that you dont have any issue with checkout times. We had flights that were later, and it would have been nice but was very last minute on our end for asking. Communication was email preferred Overall nice!

Had a wonderful time playing games out back, then jumping in the hot tub!!! Everyone had comfortable and quiet rooms to stay in, and plenty room to all hang out together! Can't wait to make it an annual thing!?!
