Annexe is a contemporary annex attached to the owner’s home, offering an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table top ironing board and iron, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. There are two double bedrooms served by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, this is a pet-friendly property but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Escape to Annexe for a wonderful base in Devon.
