About this house rental
**Please note: There is a nearby train track and a train will come by from time to time, but it does not run long. This hasn't been a problem for guests so far, but it may be for some so I want everyone to be aware before booking.**
This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Each bedroom includes 2 King beds, 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed, and a Daybed with trundle (2 Twin). A Queen size air mattress is also provided, if needed.
Each room has a Smart TV, but you have to log into your own accounts to use the streaming services as there is no cable. However, there are free streaming channels on each TV and free wifi.
A full size washer and dryer is included inside of the home and free for guests to use.
We provide basic amenities for you to enjoy, such as towels, fully stocked kitchen essentials, detergent, iron, board games, hair dryer, just to name a few. There is a game room with a pool table to enjoy with family! We also offer complimentary items for you use/keep, such as toiletries, coffee, snacks, & many more.
Please Note: Booking guest will be responsible and charged for any items damaged during their stay, including missing game pieces. Please be sure to read the house rules prior to booking.
Host/Owner is not liable for any injuries while on the property. Please keep a close eye on young kids as the home is not child proof.
The digital lockbox on the front door allows for self-check-in into the home. The custom code for your stay will be sent to you within 48-72 hours of check-in through the VRBO messaging app. You will retrieve the front door key from the lockbox upon your arrival and when you check-out you will place the key back inside the lockbox.
There will be a $50 replacement fee for a lost or damaged house key.
QUIET HOURS are 10:00PM - 8:00AM. Please be mindful of the residents around you. Violations could result in immediate termination of the reservation, without a refund. No unapproved gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time.
