Perfect for all those special family occasions, this spacious escape is comprised of a main home and a detached, two-story garage outfitted with two furnished studio apartments for ultimate flexibility and accessibility for all even multi-generational families of your party. Electric vehicle owners will appreciate the EV charger station on-site as well. The property is ideally situated between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, meaning you're within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment along Coastal Highway.
When you're not at the beach or enjoying the area's nearby attractions, enjoy your own private slice of paradise in the form of the heated, in-ground pool! The massive covered patio comes equipped with a gas grill and ample seating for poolside barbecues. The fenced lawn area provides a safe place for kids to play.
The main house features upper and lower living rooms with comfortable sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and indoor entertainment. Many of the rooms are equipped with a dedicated desk for those who want to work remotely. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You'll love the added convenience of two full-size fridges and a walk-in pantry.
The ground-floor studio includes a wet bar/kitchenette equipped sink, counter space, a hot plate, dishes, mugs, cups, a microwave, and a coffee maker, plus a private patio seating area for leisurely outdoor living. A dedicated desk provides a sunny spot for remote working. The Roku-enabled smart TV sets the stage for casual downtime.
The second-floor studio boasts a private balcony equipped with a retractable awning for the perfect balance of sun and shade, along with a gas grill that is primed for burgers or barbecues. The stainless steel kitchen includes all the major appliances plus thoughtful extras like a Nespresso machine for full home convenience. A dedicated desk provides a sunny spot for remote working. The Roku-enabled smart TV sets the stage for casual downtime.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is open April 1 to November 1 of each year
Streaming only with guest’s own account. This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
