A szállás elhelyezkedése jó, a központban található.

- a szállást nem takarították ki megfelelően - koszos fürdőszoba, az elmosott tányérokon, poharakon kosz, foltos ágynemű, törölköző - a szálláson bogarak voltak, a nappaliban lévő kanapéban is, így csípésekkel tértünk haza - 6 főre foglaltuk a szállást, poharakból viszont nem volt ennyi

Pulizia dell appartamento inesistente, sporchissimo, con un odore fastidioso, il bagno poco curato con pessime condizioni di manutenzioni e scarsa igiene. L host mai visto ne al check in, ne al check out.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo fajny apartament i może być wygodny pod warunkiem , że będzie czysto. Pościel wyglądała jakby ktoś się w niej już wyspał przez kilka dni. Brudne podłogi , łazienka brudna .

Brak komfortu , bardzo brudno , pościel wygnieciona i sprawiała wrażenie używanej. Podłogi brudne , nie można było napić się herbaty , kawy było brak , czajnik bez przejściówki , toster bez przejściówki , musieliśmy szukać sklep i kupić wtyczki . Lodówka brudna , szafki w kuchni brudne klejące . Bardzo dużo podróżujemy ale pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tak brudnym apartamentem .

OK for a night or two I definitely couldn't stay longer than this.

Nice quiet area

It really needs to be redecorated. It was a bit shabby. Not very clean. The bathroom tiles had some kind of black mildew which wiped off very easily with a wet cloth. No attention to detail. The light fitting in the main living area was broken which could have been replaced with very little expense. However the bed linen was clean and adequate. No shower gel just hand wash available in bathrooms. Very expensive and didn't really come up to expectations. We have stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in Valletta for much less money with breakfast included.

Don't stay here and risk your holiday !

The location was the only good thing about this property but we had a really bad experience with building work taking place from day 1 which host knew about and didn't inform us waking us up 7am every day of our holiday with young children for one whole week. Builder told us building is managed by same people and they were fully aware can only stop if they tell him to otherwise he is on a schedule, checkout cleaner told us the same.

Furniture doesn't match the pictures which must of been taken years ago, shower screen is missing with water coming out and wetting the floor, broken repaired bed makes noises when you sleep, sofa bed with bugs gave daughter bites all over body, bad host lies about facilities which we questioned about before arriving and doesn't care about guest experience at all with builders making noise waking us up at 7am everyday with drilling and hammering noises. Place was dirty on arrival my wife had to clean and only half a toilet roll. Not enough utensils / seats for more than 2 people with only a 2 seater sofa and rest of family have to sit on hard uncomfortable plastic dining chairs. Dining table has a wobbly leg reported by another guest in 2019. Fridge not attached to cupboard so you need to put your fingers between to pull open. Appliances have the wrong plug type with no way of plugging in as missing adapters. Avoid we lost alot of money and our holiday was ruined.

Comfortable apartment. Free luggage storage.

Apartment was not clean. The floor and the kitchen was very dirty too. airconditions did not work. The only heating was 3 small air heaters in each room, and the humidity levels were high.

We arrived in time, but had to wait almost 1 hour outside because apartment wasn't ready. It was cold and there was no heating in the apartment. AC was broken and didn't work in the heat mode. It was very humid in the apartment, in the morning even the clothes felt like became wet. I wrote to the management and they lied that someone will come and fix the heating. Obvisouly nobody came and nothing happend. Don't recommend to stay here, at least off season.

Central location

We didn't find the keys in the locker, fortunately a neighbour helped us cause nobody picked up the phone.The A/C's were on stand-by mode and it was very cold.

Good location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds.

There was no heating in the apartment and as we stayed there in January, it was too cold without heating. The air conditioner system only had cool air. The staff was supposed to provide some heating, but did not do that. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived.

Characterful spacious clean & comfortable apartment in a great location in the Old Town

This was a characterful clean spacious apartment in a quiet part of the old town of Valletta. The beds & sofa were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels & the shower was good.

Nice location and ok stay but no wifi available and not set up for 6 people.

Nice location and big apartment with well equipped kitchen.

when we arrived on a hot summer day, the AC:s were all on 28 HEAT so the apartment was scorching hot. there were no bedsheets for the sofa bed, the wifi didn’t work and there were not enough chairs for everyone.

Super and good value for money

Complete with the things we need and we left our luggages in a specific room. The host was also easy to contact for questions.Clean and very accesible to the city center. The closest bus stop is Kristofru. Thank you and will definitely recommend your place to my friends

Given our situation we decided not to stay at and moved on at great inconvenience and expense.

The taxi driver was unable to locate the street, no-one around seemed to know where the street was, with the assistance of a local we found the street. We had an appointed time to meet, however no-one arrived for 3 hours, until 9:00pm. Contact number on the booking.com confirmation sheet was incorrect, therefore we were unable to make contact. The apartment was filthy the bathrooms were growing black mould. The tap on the main bathroom basin was dribbling and could not be turned off. The furniture was in dis-repair. The towels were grubby. When we were finally met no concern was shown for our safety or our inconvenience.

Ideal location for exploring the local area clean and comfortable apartment spacious and excellent for a short stay valetta

The road outside the apartment was very dark an outside light would have been good .A few minor issues in the apartment but made the staff aware .
