About this house rental

Summary:
Whether you're visiting Lincoln for business or leisure, 36 Clarina is perfectly situated in the city centre. Within a 5-minute walk to the impressive Lincoln Cathedral and Castle located in the Bailgate area.
The Bailgate area is home to some amazing restaurants, cafes and bars and also has the honour of having the steepest hill in the UK for a gentle stroll!
Down said hill is a modern, vibrant city with shopping, cafes, bars, clubs and the Brayford Pool.

The Space:
The house is situated at the top of a hill with no through route (so you can have a quiet night sleep). You can expect a homely and inviting feel as it boasts high ceilings and original features. The kitchen diner is the heart of the house. With a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle - you'll have everything you need for your self-catering stay.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor and contains a bath and shower. The boiler is also situated in here should you need access. There is a Hive thermostat located in the kitchen.
Up the steep stairs are the three bedrooms. In the back bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobe. In the front large room there is a double bed and hanging rack. And in the smaller front room there is a single bed with hanging rack.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full house. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located just off Monks Road. A direct road into the heart of the Lincoln City Centre. At the bottom of the road you will find a Co-op and other corner shops for basic essentials and a couple of takeways.
Just up the hill is Lincoln Hospital and using the back entrance it means you are there in less than 5 minutes but unless you are working there you hopefully won't need to attend.

Getting Around:
Close to Lincoln County Hospital with easy access to the A46 & A15. Less than 2 miles from the city centre & Lincoln Central Railway station.
The Cathedral is only a 20 minute walk from the property which is surrounded by the castle and many lovely restaurants and bars to enjoy this historical city.
Taxis are easy to come by in the area.

Other Things to Note:

We have identified and maintained accessible routes throughout the property. These would be difficult for wheelchair users to evacuate in case of an emergency.
