About this house rental

The Best of everything Punta Gorda has to offer. Watch the Sailboats floating by from the expansive screened front porch with a cup of coffee or your favorite wine. The Gilchrest Harbor Walk is located just steps outside your front door in the heart of the Historic District downtown. It's a short walk to all the prime hangouts; Fisherman’s village, TT’s Beach & Tiki Hut, Laishley park, Sunseeker Resort, Saturday Farmer’s market, Art Museum, History Museum, downtown dining, shopping and live entertaintment. This home underwent a luxury remodel finished in Jan 2024 and is by far the best vacation spot in Punta Gorda. Clean, bright, and comfortable with attention to every detail. The only dissapointing part of your stay will be when it is time to leave!! This home sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has a pullout queen sofa bed to accomodate 8 if needed. The host JB Mastroianni was professional, friendly and an excellent communicator. The perfect host. The VRBO rental property was beyond exceptional. This is a TOP TIER rental property. We stayed for 5 days in February 2024. As we entered the rental ‘ home’ we felt relaxed and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and with televisions in nearly every room. The furnishings and decor were warm and beaching, which we loved. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The washer and dryers were a blessing. The stairs into the property were not an issue for us. We are in our healthy 70s and carrying our luggage was not a burden. Beautiful views of the water front and boats. The park across the street was a positive attraction and well maintained. The entire neighborhood is perfect for walking, quiet and safe. We always felt safe and comfortable. The Fishermen’s Village is an easy 10 minute walk, we visited three separate days. Punta Gorda has many shops and restaurants. All have good food and well staffed. We didn’t want to leave, as it became our home, which we did not want to leave. Though, we are hopeful of returning to this VRBO rental again and again. It was perfection for our needs. THANK YOU JB !!!
