a clean appartement with two big terraces. It was spacious and we made a few meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. I would recommend them to others. The Tram stop was just around the corner, it was perfect.

Une très bonne semaine, dans un appartement agréable, grande terrasse, une jolie décoration, les petits plus qui facilitent la vie (sel, huile, sauce Maggi!!!) et un propriétaire très sympathique qui facilite également la location avec la confiance qu'il nous accorde, merci!

Proche d'une promenade au bord de l'eau, apparemment très agréable et bien équipé. Le tramway permet de se rendre au centre ville facilement. Propriétaire arrangeant.

La situation par rapport au centre de Strasbourg et la facilité pour se garer font oublier le quartier qui, bien que sûr , ne soit pas très "résidentiel" . La location était plus que convenable et correspondait au descriptif.

Property better than expected. I am not a smoker so was concerned there would be a smell of cigarettes, but there was not. Apartment is on top floor and has two great terraces. Tram stop into Strasbourg was very close. We used the trams lot and also walked in a few times. The centre was a very pleasant 4km flat walk. Would stay again

Einfache aber schöne Wohnung mit 2 Dachterassen Richtung Osten und Westen im 3. OG(kein Aufzug) nah an der Tramstation. Gute Anbindung per Rad oder Strassenbahn. Netter Vermieter.

Malgré les 4 étages à monter (mais on ne restait que 5 jours), cet appart avec terrasse est superbe. Accueil agréable et convivial. Tout est à dispo, draps, serviette de bain, tout pour la cuisine.... Situé à proximité du tram pour des visites à Strasbourg c'est top!!

The flat is in a very convenient location both to get into or out of town. The two terasses to the west and the east are great! The kitchen has everything which might be needed. There are two twin beds so people sleeping there should like each other.

LOCATION INTERESSANTE ET UTILISABLE

Points positifs : appartement correctement équipé dans lequel on peut vivre sans difficulté, calme. Deux balcons probablement agréables en été, équipés. Il est annoncé comme devant être prochainement rénové. Point négatif pour une location de quelques jours : aucun restaurant à proximité. Tout va bien si vous cuisinez sur place. Situé au 3ème étage + entresol mais les escaliers se montent très bien (nous avons 70 ans). A 20 mn de tram du centre ville avec station de tram à 200 m de l'appartement. Rapport qualité/prix correct.

Rolando was goed in het duidelijk maken hoe het appartement in elkaar zat, al is mijn frans niet best. Goed uitgeruste keuken , 2 slaapkamers en ruime balkons op beide kanten. Is wel trappenlopen, 4e etage, maar de tram op 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum is ideaal. Ook een grote Auchan in de buurt , beste per auto, waar locale specialiteiten zoals de Elsasser Zuurkool (locaal gerecht) goed beschikbaar zijn. Ook genoeg te zien in de musea van Straatsburg of in de buurt.

Wohnung super mit Terasse auf 2 Seiten. Es wurde das Nötigste zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren mit dem Auto und durften auch unseren Mops mitnehmen. Einen Stern weniger, da wir in der 4. Etage waren. Ohne Aufzug hat ma da ganz schön zu schleppen. Aber alles in allem war die Wohnung super ruhig und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Mit dem Auto waren es 4,5 KM bis zur Kathedrale Notre Dame. S- Bahn Station war praktisch vor der Tür. Da wir bei 36 Grad dort waren, haben wir natürlich das Auto bevorzugt. Danke nochmal dem Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten in Straßburg. Die Fahrradwege im Elsass sind super ausgeschildert. Für unsren Urlaub optimal. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet Fragen sehr schnell. die 2 Terassen sind super. Die Lage ist nachts ruhig.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chaleureux appartement bien emménagé à deux pas du tramway qui est direct pour la place Kleber. Rien à dire, la description est conforme. A noter, au 3ème sans ascendeur mais les deux terrasses valent le coup.. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil, le café ou les dosettes (au choix), le sucre, et autres épices très utiles. La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle pour cuisiner sur la plaque d'induction ou dans le four, les literies sont agréables...Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerons bien volontiers !

L'appartement est situé au 4eme sans ascenseur, ca fait les mollets, mais il est bien et conforme à la description de l'annonce. La prestation est très bien pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement est calme et très accessible et les déplacements vers la ville sont facilités par la proximité du Tram L'hôte est sympa et discret Bravo

Es un barrio multicultural, tranquilo, silencioso y bien comunicado con el centro. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar para vivir cómodamente El apartamento es igual que aparece en las fotos El dueño es una persona encantandora Muy útil si se viaja con el coche (parking gratuito y seguro)

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement et, une fois encore, nous avons été entièrement satisfaits. Les deux terrasses spacieuses et très agréables, le confort de l'appartement, la sympathie du propriétaire... Bref... Une chose est sûre : jamais 2 sans 3 et il est certain que nous relouerons cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour à Strasbourg ! Appartement très lumineux, confortable, calme et fonctionnel. Le petit plus, un parking gratuit. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. On est au coeur d'une belle région et à 10mn du centre de Strasbourg (où il y a tant à voir) en tramway. On y a passé un très bon séjour !

Nous avons pleinement profité de cet appartement qui est très bien équipé, literie en excellent état, terrasses au sortir de chaque chambre, cuisine bien aménagée. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre très facilement à Strasbourg avec le tram, un arrêt étant présent quasiment au pied de l'immeuble. Avec le parking gratuit et privé, c'est tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Merci Rolando
