Welcome to Grandview East 1401! This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, beachfront condo is a corner unit located on the 14th floor featuring 1900 Sq. feet of space with 10ft ceilings and two full balconies! Your home away from home boasts a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. Add to that an expansive living room and even the largest families will find places to call their own. Save money for your adventures by preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Soak the stress away in the spa-like bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair-accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the ONLY complex in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High-Speed Internet extended to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the gulf breezes while working and learning remotely!
