West House Farm, is set across three floors, features seven bedrooms. The accommodation includes a double with a freestanding bath and en-suite basin/WC, another double with an en-suite walk-in shower, two additional doubles, a second-floor double, a second-floor twin, and a single room equipped with table football. fridge/freezer, dishwasher, There is also a kitchen, utility room, dining room, and two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves. Central heating ensures comfort throughout. Appliances include a Range cooker, microwave, and essential appliances facilitate convenient living. Entertainment options include two TVs, WiFi, and table football. Off-road parking for five cars is provided, and the garden with lawn, patio, and furniture completes outside. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available. A pond on-site requires children's supervision. No pets. West House Farm is a fabulous property for a special holiday.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: Tackley is a picturesque village situated in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, approx 8 miles north of Oxford and 3 miles from Woodstock, home of Blenheim Palace. The name Tackley is derived from 'tack' which means sheep or ewe and 'ley' which means glade or clearing! The village is very pretty, has a good village shop and a local pub The Gardiner Arms. There is another pub just outside the village called Sturdy's Castle.
Nearby there are some superb attractions to visit. Rousham Hall is very close by and although there are restrictions to visiting etc, it is a beautiful stately home. Oxford,'The city of the Dreaming Spires' and colleges is just 15 mins by car. There are literally hours of things to do there! For the determined shopper, Bicester Village which is a vast outlet centre.
Woodstock has a good range of local pubs, along with restaurants, shops and stores while the famous Blenheim Palace, home to the Duke of Malborough is well worth a day trip.
