Nice hotel in the centre of town. Close to everything. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location and comfortable. My second visit and I’d stay again. Ladies were very friendly and helpful Housekeeper volunteered to wash my dishes.

BBQ advertised was rusty and not in service. Hand basin Sink challenging to wash dishes, only big enough for cutlery. Hand basin tap did not get hot enough to wash dishes.

Excellent place to stay while in Mandurah.

Very central location, plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance to the motel. we had an excellent stay.

There was nothing that we did n't like about the motel or our stay in Mandurah.

Good option for a quick stopover.

Very clean room, tidy and made up nicely. The gentleman on reception was super lovely and helpful! Cafes and supermarkets are right next door. It's obviously an old building but has been prettied up and renovated with a lovely modern bathroom.

I felt that the window blind wasn't totally private, there's a bit of a gap around the edge where someone could see in at night. The area around the motel was pretty ugly but the foreshore is only a short walk. The pool area is super ugly - some plants would make a big difference!

Perfect, quiet stay in Mandurah!

Location, staff, everything we needed. Ideal for us moving into a new house in the area. Recommended. We had a very successful B&B in New Zealand and know good from mediocre.

Great position, good price but desperately needs updating. I’ve visited three years ago exactly same

The price and the location are the best things about this hotel! The pool is pretty good a touch of grime dirty

The beds, and the bedding are very old, as is everything in the room! Not enough PowerPoint, a lot of room, but they put the microwave in the cupboard. Bathroom sink must be for like a six-year-old just not big enough and nowhere to put your toiletries. The tails are too small I’m 6 foot three, and it was like using a face washer, but you get what you pay for

Fantastic mid-week stay in school holidays

Our room was more spacious than I expected. It had all the usual amenities such as aircon, tv, fridge & a microwave. I like that for a double room it actually had two chairs and a small table. Location in the centre of town couldn't be better. Car parked safely at our front door in the private parking area. We didn't get to use the pool but it is there if you want it. Even though we stayed in the middle of the school holidays it wasn't overrun with screaming kids. Best value for money in Mandurah. Hotel fit out etc is a little dated as other reviewers have commented but there are more modern hotels in Mandurah for two or three times the price if this bothers you.

Good location, nice place.

Friendly staff, good location, not fancy, but what you would expect for the price. Clean towels and sheets, decent sized refrigerator.

It had an unusually small sink. A little tricky to use brushing teeth.

It was purfect for our short stay, would definitely stay again if I was doing a overnight in Mandurah

Perfect location! Close to pubs, restaurants and of course foreshore. We actually thought it would be quite noisy because of the location but didn’t hear a thing from surrounding nightlife. Was perfect for us as all we need was a night’s accommodation.

Not really a negative we are just outside people . A small table and a couple of chairs outside the room would be nice just to have a quick coffee or drink before going out

Great value for money, drive right up to your room, very clean.

The rooms are well appointed with air conditioning and plates and a microwave and toaster and fridge. Everything was amazingly clean and the pool was excellent. The location is right across the road from the foreshore and all the restaurants.

The location was great.

The wifi was poor - the person n the office told was it was poor i- particularly in the room we were allocated There was no electric fry pan in our room, equally we were told we could not provide our own electric fry pan. 😳 The fridge was not working and the office was closed so there was no one available to report the problem too!🥺

I didn't like the microwave and the toaster in the cupboard, it will be good if you put small tables for it, so customers don't have be lifting it in and out of the cupboard.
