This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The open floor plan features a spacious living room, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with ample counter space. Retreat to the master bedroom with a luxurious King-size bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and bunk beds, offering plenty of sleeping space for the entire family. Plus, the living room includes a convenient pull-out sofa. Enjoy modern conveniences such as free high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Take advantage of beach towels, chairs, and a cooler provided for your beach adventures. As a pet-friendly unit, you can bring along your furry friend weighing 30 lbs or less. Within the Beachside Villas complex, you'll find an inviting heated outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. ~ Master bedroom: King-size bed, Guest bedroom: Queen-size bed and bunk bed (2 twin beds) and living room offers a pull out sofa.
~ Washer and dryer for added convenience.

~ Free parking available for 2 vehicles.
~ Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided.
🐕Pet Policy:
~ 1 dog allowed up to 30 lbs - Non-refundable pet fee of $200 required
~ Pet Fee is not included in booking total on Airbnb so will be charged separately after booking reservation is made.
~ Specific dog breeds and cats are Not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid).
~ Dog-friendly complex, but no dogs allowed on the beach.

🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
