About this house rental

The iconic Beach House from the television series Beverly Hills 90210, on the world famous Hermosa Beach Strand. Unparalleled 270 degree ocean and beach views on an oversized double lot with 136 feet of beach frontage and sand on two sides. Just a short stroll to both Hermosa Beach Pier, and Manhattan Beach Pier with restaurants & nightlife. Beautifully furnished inside and out.

Beverly Hills 90210 was filmed here, and Shannon Doherty passed away during the week, so it was a momentous time to rent! The location is right on the Strand, perfect for walking on the beach and people watching. And the owner is very responsive!

Everything was just as described. The property sits between manhattan and hermoa beaches. We had the ground floor unit. Right on the strand, 10 feet from the sand. Gary was very helpful. Well appointed with all you need. The public areas are shared but there is tons of space. Bikes and beach toys and chairs provided. Couldn’t recommend this spot anymore.

Great location...easy walk to Hermosa or Manhattan Beach. Enjoyed walking right out to beach or just lounging on chairs and watching the people go by.
