**Please note: The owner operates a small business out of the detached back unit, which has its own private entrance through a back alley. Quiet hours for client meetings are generally Tu/Thurs/Fri from 10am to 6pm. During these times, use of the rooftop deck and loud activities in the back yard are prohibited.**

- Use of the rooftop deck is prohibited on Tu/Thurs/Fri from 10am to 6pm
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
- Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies before renting with P.S. Platinum Vacation Rentals
