About this house rental

Located in the horse capital of the world, this stunning duplex is in one of the most sought after neighborhoods, just off of Tates Creek Rd. The property is walking distance to delicious restaurants and bars, and only a few short miles to Downtown Lexington. Once you've entered the home, you'll set foot in a cozy living room and dining area. The living room is furnished with a leather sleeper sofa, velvety accent chairs and a Roku Smart TV. The dining room has been thoughtfully designed with a gorgeous chandelier, wood accent wall, and a round dining table for 6. With the kitchen being situated just beyond the dining room, this is the perfect space for family dinners or entertaining. Whether you like to cook or order-in, this fully equipped kitchen has just about everything you need. There is a full bathroom and two bedrooms on the main floor, one furnished with a king bed and the other a queen. If you head downstairs, there's a moody lounge area, a huge screened in patio, and a third bedroom. This one comes with a lengthy walk-in closet, a queen bed and ensuite. The lounge area is furnished with a bar cart, leather sleeper sofa, accent chairs, a Roku Smart TV, and a fireplace. The screened in patio has a dining table for 6 and a seating area ideal for relaxing and sipping a cup of coffee or a neat Bourbon at the end of a full day. The back yard is spacious and fenced in. It's the perfect set-up for a game of Cornhole. Welcome to Mane Stay!

The host was great! They responded very quickly. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's just a short walk to the local supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, and university. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town, and I will highly recommend this place to others.
