17 Coedrath Park, a single-storey first floor apartment consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area with a TV, dining table, electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms include a double room and a twin serviced by a separate bathroom. Outside, there is a private side balcony through sliding doors and an allocated off-road parking space for one car.One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Choose 17 Coedrath Park for your escape to the Welsh seaside. Note: There are communal steps up to the property and at the entrance. Note: Electric car charging is prohibited; car charging points are available in the nearby Regency Hall car park
