This VRBO thought of everything all the way down to labeling the light switches. Wish we had stayed longer, just be aware there are a lot of steps if you have any seniors and no bathroom on the top floor. Other than that we loved it!

Property was clean and well maintained. Everything that we needed for our stay was there. The view was beautiful. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great space for a family. Good location close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park.

As described, great home!

Very nice location. Very clean and comfy. Would recommend.

This is a clean and well appointed condo that was perfect for our family of 6 including 4 teenagers. The main living space, kitchen and dining table were large enough for me to cook and the kids to spread out but also have dinner together. We enjoyed the views from the back porch. The bed in the master is a little firm but fine. The other bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space for our family. A few things to know: laundry is off the garage. There are a lot of steps! It would be very helpful to have a entry keypad at the garage or back door. The garage keypad wasnt working so we had to walk all the way around the building every time. Otherwise the condo was great and we would stay here again.

We were hard pressed to find a stay that would fit our two-family needs and were so glad to have found Mt Chapin S4. Responsive staff and great amenities. Our kids loved the shared pool as well.

We had a great stay. Stairs can be daunting. Good thing we had young family members. Patio door allows beautiful view but snow comes in during windy storm. Patio Door won’t lock. Great place for family but wouldn’t be for separate couples since there is no bathroom on top level and must be shared with on lower levels. Needs deep cleaning upstairs —allergies went crazy.

Gorgeous view! Nice, spacious, and clean condo. Enjoyed being able to have multiple rooms to spread out.

Condo was just as described and pictured. The views were INSANE!!! I’ve never seen something so beautiful! Great place to stay. Easy access into town and RMNP. We had the BEST time and will be back!

Overall the condo was great. The carpets do need replaced and the beds were hard to sleep comfortably on. The location was amazing, close to everything! Literally 10 minutes from all food, shopping, and the park. The view was incredible. We liked the condo, the beds were the only real negative. Thank you for a great vacation!

The first family vacation in 30+ years. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had room for everyone. The house was clean and spacious. We didn't need any supplies, everything was nicely stocked. Great location and very quiet. Beautiful mornings on the balcony! Everyone had a great time and we're planning our next trip.

Quiet location a few miles from town and a quick drive to lots of hiking.

First time to Estes Park. Decided on condo instead of hotel with a family of 5. Glad we did! This place has plenty of to spread out. Nice to have full kitchen and dining area, balcony/grill, laundry etc. View was great! We would definitely stay here again. Only thing that needs to be attended to is the grill - needs to be replaced. It worked but only back side burner. There are 3 sets of stairs but not a deal breaker for us. We actually liked having a few floors for our family to spread out and relax with tv in several rooms after a long day in the park.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was very clean and well stocked! Since we were only staying for 3 nights we were pleased to see there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The view was phenomenal and very close to town and RMNP. The only thing that would’ve made our stay just a smidge better would have been a garage door opener to access the property from down below versus having to walk around every time. But overall, a great place to stay.

Condo was lovely! Just as the photos showed. The view was lovely! So nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise over the mountains. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Fabulous views from primary bedroom (like honeymoon level views)! Super well equipped kitchen with large family table and well appointed living room. We stayed in this condo with our four children, and our parents stayed nearby. We were able to host all 8 of us comfortably for dinner, games and hanging out. The kids LOVED the loft (2 teenagers) and the little kids slept in secondary bedroom near ours. I would highly recommend for a large family. It's a little confusing as to how to enter at garage level and then walk up all the flights vs. the front door (actually at the back of the unit) that is level with the kitchen, but we figured it out.

We really enjoyed the view from the condo. It was just beautiful. The location was nice. We were only about 8 minutes from town. The condo was roomy for our group of 6. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating on the balcony one night. The only downside of our stay was the Master bedroom bed. It was not comfortable. It was too hard and not good pillows. A new mattress or at least a thick topper would make it better. After a long day of hiking, we would have appreciated a comfy bed. The shower in the master was big and the multiple shower heads were enjoyable!

Location was phenomenal - couldn't have been happier with how close to town and RMNP we were! The code we were given for entry didn’t work initially, but management was very responsive and quickly gave us a new code. Did a little bit of cleaning in the kitchen upon entry, but everything else was neat and clean. Would have appreciated having a way to access the house/garage directly through the garage, but one person had to go in the front of the house to open the garage door at the back of the house each time we came home, which was a mild inconvenience. Looked like there was a bathroom that was locked off that could have been useful in the upstairs bedroom, but if you're not using all of the bedrooms it's not a problem. Greatly enjoyed the gas fireplace and used it each day! It was very nice and the right amount of space to come back to at the end of a day hiking. Overall very good experience for our stay, and would consider returning for a future trip!
