- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check in and late checkout (up to max 2 hours) may be possible, but with prior arrangement only, and there is an extra charge of £15 per hour to pay.
2. Maximum Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the listing description and in your reservation. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host and appropriate fees paid in advance.
3. Noise:
- Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially at our quiet hours between 10 pm to 8am on weekdays and 11pm to 9 am on weekends.
- Parties or events may be allowed at an extra charge, but only with explicit permission from the host.
4. Smoking:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed unless with prior approval from the host.
- If approved, an additional cleaning fee / Pet fee will be charged.
6. Cleanliness:
- Please keep the space clean and tidy during your stay and dispose of rubbish in designated bins.
- Shoes are NOT allowed on the carpet.
7. Damages:
- Any damages caused to the property or its contents must be reported immediately to the host.
