SERENE PROPERTY!

The land across the lake from our home is all State Park, so there are no houses in your view. It is a relatively quiet cove that is perfect for swimming, sitting by the fire pit, or relaxing in the hot tub. The property has approximately 250 feet of waterfront and 6+ acres for hiking, exploring, and wildlife. On the dock, enjoy relaxing, fishing, or tie your boat up.


HOME SWEET HOME!

Our home is super cozy, has a TON of natural light, and is more modern than your typical lake house. We have a comfortable sectional in the living area with a 70” Roku tv, as well as a wood-burning fireplace, which is perfect for a movie night. We have a large kitchen and an 8-person dining room table with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen island. There is a desk upstairs, perfect for working from home. We have a screened porch right off the kitchen with a cozy loveseat and hanging swinging chair that is perfect for morning coffee and decompressing after a long lake day. Enjoy grilling, dining, or just soaking up the views on the wrap-around deck. Perhaps read a book or take a nap in the hammock. We also have a beautiful, newly finished basement that has an entertainment area with convertible pool table, ping pong table, and dining table. You will also find the "Pigeon Cove Hideaway" in the basement complete with lounge furnishings, shuffleboard, tv, and fireplace. Just outside you will find our brand new patio complete with hot tub, fire pit and lounge area, which is perfect for taking in those Lake Anna views.


COZY BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom, appropriately named "Lakeview Oasis," is on the main floor with its own en suite, newly remodeled, full bath. It has a comfy king bed, tv, and private access to the wrap-around deck.

The first bedroom upstairs, dubbed "Anna's Aerie" is a nod to the amazing eagle's view it offers. It undoubtedly has the best view of the lake in the house, a king bed, and a spacious closet.

The second upstairs bedroom, "Cove Overlook," has a queen size bed, as well as a twin daybed with twin trundle bed.

Together, "Anna's Aerie" and "Cove Overlook" share another newly remodeled full bathroom.

The finished basement has a large bedroom, which we lovingly refer to as "Gathered Dreams," which comfortably fits a full size bed, a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle, and another twin over twin bunk bed.

There is another full bathroom downstairs, as well.


DOG LOVERS:

We love well-behaved dogs! Feel free to bring up to three pets of any size for no additional charge.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

You have free reign of the entire property (all 6+ acres!), but please respect any locked spaces, as well as the attic crawl space, which are not for guest use.

Please be a respectful neighbor. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Do not engage in illegal activity. Limit parking to the house driveway only. There are surveillance cameras at the front entrances that monitor audio and video.
