Welcome to Valley of the Moon, your delightful retreat nestled in Sonoma's picturesque wine country. Tucked away on 1.5 acres in the tranquil valley, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect escape for those seeking peace and privacy.
As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home. The charming formal living area boasts a fireplace and a large arc window, letting in natural light and views of the surrounding nature. In the back of the house, an open floor plan connects the family room, kitchen, and second dining area, creating the perfect setting for quality time with loved ones. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of space for your group to spread out with the additional den and upstairs loft, which is fully stocked with toys and games providing kids with endless entertainment.
Outside, the large, private backyard beckons you to embrace outdoor living. Step onto the spacious deck, where an outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven awaits. A shaded outdoor dining area provides the perfect place for alfresco dining at any time of day. After dinner, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Property is a little more "worn" than the pictures would indicate. bunk beds situated differently than picture, and in such a way that getting to the top bunk is potentially unsafe.
Bugs crept into master bedding, and a bug bite occurred on the first night. Ants were ubiquitous throughout master bath and kitchen.
Hot tub rocked!! We were unable to use the firepit, as it would not light.
Although the kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans etc. Vey basic stables, like Olive oil, salt and pepper were either not apparent, or were empty. Looked as though past renters had left some spices which were used, so we left the our additions as well ( salt and pepper)
Overall, the stay was quite nice, but just wanted to give honest input on little items that might help with future renters.
