DETAILS: For Shore, a luxurious home in the exclusive Blue Mountain Beach community, is 6 minutes from the beach with Emerald Coast views. Spanning over 5,000 square feet, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 30 guests with 13 beautifully-appointed bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. Ideal for retreats, weddings, and other special events, For Shore offers a luxurious setting with a lovely pool and outdoor area for unforgettable gatherings.
This 4-story coastal haven features a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a pristine green turf backyard—a versatile space that can be easily rearranged to suit any event. Barbeque on the natural gas grill, dine alfresco at the 6-person table, watch the kids splash in the pool, or sunbathe on the 4 loungers. Retire to the first-floor guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom—or hang out in the climate-controlled garage that doubles as a game room with a billiards table, foosball table, and TV. Beyond the laundry room with 3 washer and dryers, the in-home elevator takes guests to any of the four floors.
The main floor is the heart of the home—soft sunlight illuminates the spacious great room. A grandiose table seats 30 guests and turns any dinner party into an unforgettable celebration. The kitchen was designed for large parties, offering abundant cabinetry, counter space, and high-end appliances, including 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves. The living area has 2 spacious sectionals and an impressive 86" TV, and the theater room's 75" TV and 7-person couch are great for casual lounging and movie nights.
The third floor, designated for sleeping, features a primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access, alongside a bunk room with a full-over-full bed and 4 guest bedrooms—2 of these bedrooms have private bathrooms, 3 have king beds, and the last has a queen bed.
The fourth-floor bedrooms mirror the third-floor layout, boasting a primary bedroom, 4 guest bedrooms, and a bunk room. All bedrooms throughout the home have TVs.
For Shore is the ultimate paradise for large gatherings along the Emerald Coast and offers on-site parking for 6 vehicles, 13 adult bikes, and a 6-passenger golf cart. For Spooky Lane Beach access, walk south on Brentwood Lane, turn right on 30A, and then left on Spooky Lane for fun in the sun. Book this unforgettable home today!
