Very convenient location to everything downtown! Super cute setup and very comfortable bed even with a bad back! Very clean as well! Not a single complaint!
Not a single thing was there to dislike!

This is a really nice concept - small apartments with kitchens, sofas and a few common areas. I particularly appreciated the work room with printer and decent office chairs and the balcony when I wanted a change of scene but didn't have time to go out. There was a small pool but I didn't have time to check that out.
With staff at the front desk, it's a bit like a hotel (they can receive packages for you) which I found super helpful. Decent quality beds, although I would have appreciated a cover for the quilt, not just a sheet.
Things that would have made it better yet...
I think they allow pets and perhaps that's why my room smelled quite stale... The floors looked clean but walking around barefoot, you quickly realised they could have been cleaner.
Personally I found the dining chairs uncomfortable but I am short, so this won't be an issue for everyone. Once I discovered the common areas, I ate and worked there. I've travelled to Austin a couple of times before and if I'm back in the future, I'd probably check out the prices here before I looked anywhere else because the overall experience was good.
