About this apartment rental
Summary:
Glamourous property inside a "palazzetto" dated XIV Century on the western side of Biennale Gardens. This property features a mix of modern and classic designs. Its highlights include Venetian mosaics, artistic marble, and rare pieces of furniture and lights from the most famous designers. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace, Hamman, and 2 attics: paradise for children. Up to 6 adults and 4 children.
If you want to feel like a king/queen this is the place to stay in Venice!
The Space:
The space distribution is mainly open to share different activities; for example cooking and having meals together and watch programs and moovies on big screen TV. But there are also spaces to isolate oneself to work or simply to enjoy moments of intimacy and reflection. There are many charming spaces overlooking the gardens, the square or the front church from the windows, the attic and the terrace.
Travelers will have the comforts of a boutique hotel but at the same time, the freedom of a private home.
Guest Access:
Via Garibaldi is the widest and most popular street in Venice. The offers of restaurants, bars and shops are varied and interesting. The supermarket is in front of the house and there are two fruit and vegetable markets within walking distance. Unique position, an oasis overlooking the Gardens and the square of Via Garibaldi; very close to the Vaporetto stop and close to Piazza San Marco where you can arrive through the most beautiful promenade in the world: Riva degli Schiavoni. From the windows overlooking the gardens and the square you can see a typical Venetian canal, the continuation of the canal buried by Napoleon to create the wide Via Garibaldi for access to the Gardens of the City, reproducing the "Champs Elysées". Perfet to vist Salon nautic at Arsenale and art Biennale 2024.
Other Things to Note:
Almost unique accommodation in the Venetian panorama thanks to the attention for all the details and the choice of every piece of furniture and decoration. It is rare to find a harmonious and balanced combination of an ancient structure coupled with fine contemporary design elements. Three bedrooms for adults and two mezzanines for children. 2 double beds and two single beds. The attics are comfortable only for children.
It's worth at least a visit, better a stay!
