This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Took my parents and brother who are visiting California along with our 3 young kids (8, 5, and 1) to this property and we were all blown away. Photos are accurate, the place really is that beautiful. We even extended our stay by 1 night (for a total of 4 nights) once we arrived because we knew it would be well worth it. We loved the pool and hot tub, the fireplaces (inside and outside!) and the fully equipped kitchen - we were able to cook half our meals and ate out for the other half. We encountered a few hiccups but they were addressed/resolved very promptly and did not negatively impact our stay (for example we didn’t find a manual so had to text/call about the WiFi password, code for pool cover, couldn’t locate EV charger but I’m assuming that’s still under construction as the landscape/outside areas are not fully finished etc). A slightly bigger issue was on the first evening the water flow slowed down significantly but I called and within 30-40 minutes they had sent someone over and resolved the issue completely, at 8:30pm.
My only suggestions would be to have a physical manual available with WiFi password, pool/hot tub and fireplace operating instructions etc. We were able to figure all this out without too much difficulty, but this could simplify things for future guests. The other suggestion is to have a couple of small tables by the pool. 10/10 would recommend this property (and the giant basket full of Lego Duplos was a very nice touch)!

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The house is immaculate and beautiful. The decor is stunning and it is even more impressive than in the photos! It seemed like we were some of the first to stay since there were a few issues like lack of a WiFi code or the code to open the pool, but the property manager texted right back and we were able to fully enjoy our stay! If you stay here, drive a bit down the road to eat at Salt and Stone in Kenwood!

This home is a perfect getaway! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could expect from a lovely vacation home. Great interior design, lovely pool and hot tub and very spacious. Perfect for 4 couples or a family.
