A Beautiful maintained safe cottage at end of quiet dead-end street

Close to UW, U-Village and UW Medical Center

Short walk through Ravenna Park to light rail station and Whole Foods Market. Walk to Bus stop, Restaurants and Park

We have a small but clean kitchen, fully fenced deck giving excellent privacy & seclusion. This home is close to 520 & I-5.

FULL DISCLOSURE:
- The home is located by Ravenna Park.
- The home has two entrances and is split into 2 separate listings.
- This listing includes the front yard, main floor and outdoor patio.
- This rental does not include the lower level.
- Guests staying in the lower level have a separate entrance and will not have access to the main floor as long as you close the back room door and utilize the privacy lever we have installed.

This two-bedroom home is sparkling clean, cozy and spacious.

- Kitchen is stocked with stainless steel kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, toaster, keurig coffee & tea

- Two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor with a bathroom in between

- All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet. Top sheets not provided as all sheets including duvet covers are professionally laundered after every guest.

- Installed a new all-in-one washing and drying machine which may take one to two hours at a time.

- Outdoor patio with comfortable outdoor furniture

- Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.
