The main living areas are tiled and you'll find luxury laminate flooring in both bedrooms. The Living room has a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. The pool, hot tub and pool house amenities areas are just steps outside your door . The owners allow tenants to rent their 2005, low mileage, Honda Pilot on an availability basis (see photo in listing) for $35 day + $100 set up fee. Please inquire for the specific details and availability. The exclusive gated Bonita Bay campus features 2400 acres of nature, including 12 miles of walking and biking paths (drop of and pick up bike rentals available), three parks, picnic areas, pickleball, bocce courts, playgrounds, boardwalks, and fishing pier into Estero Bay and the Imperial River. Free shuttle services operate throughout the day to the area beaches (pending the reopening of the fabulous private beach and concourse scheduled for Jan 2025). The on-site Bonita Bay Marina provides fishing, sunset and wildlife viewing cruises as well as free docking space for visiting guests. The intimate Wild Pines community features its own private pool, hot tub, screened in pool house ( including a refrigerator, microwave, tables for eating and/or socializing, and restrooms), outdoor gas cooking grills and tennis courts. Sit and relax on the cozy swinging bench on the bank of the Wild Pines Pond for relaxation and wildlife viewing. The "Promenade at Bonita Bay", boasting an array of delicious restaurants and retail shops, is a comfortable 10-minute walk. Additional restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are less than a mile away from the condo. *This is a Non-Smoking, Pet Free Vacation Rental Property located in the Wild Pines Community at Bonita Bay.
