At 2,400 sqft, there's plenty of room to entertain and relax with friends and family. It also offers central Air Conditioning, making it the picture of comfort. The moment you walk into this house you’ll feel right at home--the living room has vaulted ceilings and expansive picture windows which allow the sunlight to pour in and show off the wood trim and natural stone fireplace. The full-kitchen is stocked with your cooking needs and has full-sized stainless steel appliances, stone tile backsplash, and granite countertops. You can access the deck from the main dining room in case you wish to bring your BBQ in from the grill and place it right on the table. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with direct access to the outside deck, an en-suite spa like bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, as well as a propane fireplace with bookcases. The two bedrooms upstairs are separated by a lofted living room-like area with cozy seating. The upstairs master has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom; the second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and an attached bathroom. The upstairs bonus room and upstairs master also offer queen sofa sleepers that are perfectly suited for families with small children.
The outdoor area is spacious, featuring an expansive stone patio and deck, as well as a private hot tub. You can enjoy watching the sunset while sitting around the large Solo Stove campfire in the backyard, or sip your coffee on the front porch while taking in views of the Summit.
For your convenience this home also has a two car detached garage and washer/dryer.
The sleeping configuration for this home is 2 Kings and 2 Queens, giving you an occupancy level of 8. It also has 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers, which could be comfortably used by younger children.
