Sunrise to Sunset is a private estate situated on 16+ acres offering panoramic mountain and valley views, as well as views of Lake Chatuge! The home features 5 total bedrooms including an oversized master suite, complete with its own sitting area and ensuite bathroom with tumbled marble floors. All other bedrooms are equipped with king or queen beds and private baths, making it a perfect getaway retreat for adult couples, an extended summer escape, or corporate retreats for business professionals.
Enjoy the surrounding mountain views in the stunning living room designed with floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings with a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, and ample furniture. The adjacent kitchen offers luxury updates to include ample cabinet and counter space, top of the line appliances, double ovens, a wine cooler, as well as both a Ninja dual pod and drip coffee maker for Java enthusiasts. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a round of pool in the open loft which also offers a sleeper sofa, new TV, another gas fireplace, and deck access where you'll find a cozy porch swing - perfect place to catch up on your reading!
You'll undoubtedly find yourself spending the majority of your time outside here. Enjoy a crisp evening sunset beside the outdoor wood-burning fireplace or take a dip in the oversized swim spa after a long hike.

Hayesville, A Town Worth Seeing! The Town of Hayesville has a historic courthouse, centennial exhibit, and a historic jail converted into a wonderful museum. It also has a beautiful town hall and a charming town square with interesting shops, many concerts and outdoor festivals, as well as a farmers market!

Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly, please do not ask for exceptions to this rule.
- Returning guests to this home can enjoy a 10% discount off the nightly rate (not to be combined with any other discounts).
- There are several exterior cameras present at the home to monitor the grounds when the home is vacant. No cameras point directly at the home or at any of the common areas.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Bookings cancelled 60 days in advance are fully refundable. Bookings cancelled between 31-59 days are to receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund unless the dates are rebooked to another guest.
