A great experience for both adults and children where you can look around the historic town exploring the cobbled streets and shops.
The beaches up the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty remain unspoilt and under-populated, so there is always a place to find some seclusion should you wish. Cresswell and Druridge Bay beaches remain isolated most of the time and are only a short drive. Whilst in Northumberland why not take a trip over to Hadrian’s Wall for a completely different day trip away from the coast and discover more about the Romans and the famous Roman wall. Wherever you go in this super friendly county you will be sure of a real warm ’Geordie’ welcome from the locals.
