Great single night stay on a property that is under new ownership and renovations

When I first pulled in I was worried, but the room was comfortable, the workers were on property. We had issues with TV and the maintenance guy worked on it until it was fixed. Had issue with being double charged and manager came in from home to fix it. Very nice people, yes it’s older property but they are definitely trying to make it better. I definitely would stay again just because I felt safe and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Its a very old motel but pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Staff was nice and beds were better than I expected. Pretty quiet room. Medium temp water but decent pressure. For the price you cant expect much. It was clean.

Shower water was luke warm. Sheets on one bed was dirty. There was a dirty towel on back of bathroom door. Parking was cramped. Price was cheap. Bed was okay. Breakfast was okay.

Ice. machine not working. Office not manned. Needed to g o a block and a half to check in.But I must say the room was exceptionally clean. Couldn’t get Wi Fi password.

The hotel was in a state of disarray when we arrived. The parking lot pavement was falling apart. The building was old and in need of cosmetic upgrades. It looked like a roach motel from the out side. We asked to see the room before we committed. The room itself was decent at first glance. The bed was comfortable but had only three fairly flat pillows (would’ve been nice to have two each for my husband and I). The room seemed clean at first glance as well and was free of offensive odors, but we later found a used bar of soap in the shower, dirt in the tub basin and makeup stains on the bed linens. The bed linens were also thread bare. There was no Wi-Fi that we were aware of. Amenities stated that there was a free breakfast—there was not. The walls were thin and the yowling neighbors kept us awake until late. The hotel was pet friendly but required a $20 cash deposit (cash only, you can’t use a card for this so we had to go find an ATM, which also was not available on the property). In the end, it was a cheap hotel and it was sufficient for our last minute decision to stay overnight in Ely, but you get what you pay for. Next time we will definitely budget for a better hotel.

This place is absolutely terrible. The pictures are completely deceiving and in no way represent the actual place. We opened the door, walked in and immediately walked back out to find another place to stay. We truly are not that picky or fancy but this place is a complete ripoff. I can’t believe it’s even offered as an option on Expedia. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.

No hot water. The place is outdated and is not appealing in any way. We very uncomfortable there and would never recommend.

2 separate locations, coming from the west, 1st stop was not the correct one, then waited 30 minutes for the staff to explain, poor customer service. Better options elsewhere in town.

Well had 3 bugs not sure what they were but they are dead. One bed was nice the other was very firm. No micro or fridge.

I have stayed in several dumps in my life and for the price I didn't expect the Taj mahal I stayed at the Nevada hotel in the past and for an old building it was well maintained. they claimed this was a hotel, I made the assumption It might have normal hotel facilities. I was tired when a got there and the room smelled musty there was not top sheet on the bed and the tv had a poor reception.
