I’ve been staying at the Bristlecone for many years but I do like the improvements….
10.0
Exceptionally clean. Everything worked. Beds were comfortable.
Understaffed, but they did a good job for what they could.

The room I had was very spacious, quiet, and equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. Although not a new building, the room had been modernized and included a table and comfortable chairs. Parking was available right outside the door.
The only item missing in the modernization was an exhaust fan for the bathroom. The vanity was separate from the shower/toilet space, however.

Stayed here before. Very clean both times. Would stay again because of the disparities in reviews from place to place. Can only trust what I've experienced.
End room on an extremely busy street. Was a noisy room. Last time in middle of bldg with no noise issue.

I booked this Motel for stay with family. Nice spacious room. A very nice outdoor sitting place. Staff was good.
Location is excellent and nice sunset view.
After I checked in , the electricity went off and there was no way to contact anyone, since the reception was closed. It was resolved in morning. But staff was nice and receptionist promolised to refund the full night.

Hotel staff was friendly and thorough. Room was a little bright all night with the light directly outside, but the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed.
Just the bright light outside the window and no room blackening curtains.

very reasonably priced, huge room, friendly staff - easy to walk to restaurants
breakfast was sparse but for the price I didn’t care

Room is spacious. Beds are comfy.
Lighting is atrocious. Bathroom is cramped.

Clean and attractive. Desk clerk was very pleasant.
Choice of color of bedspreads was unattractive.

Very roomy and clean room. Plenty of room to bring gear and bikes inside. Great location for enjoying the great outdoors.
Coffee was pretty bad.

Everyone one was very helpful and friendly. We needed a ground floor room and the manager made it work. We will surely to stay there again.

Parking is not at the door but relatively close

housekeeping does great job—super clean room; comfortable bed; freezer compartment in mini-fridge allowed me to re-freeze my ice pack; good coffee in breakfast room
additional deadbolt or other locking device (not a chain—maybe those L-shaped bracket ones?) would have provided extra feeling of security for solo woman traveler
